Perfectha (Perfecta) – fillers for contouring and biorevitalization

The ability to change your face without resorting to the help of plastic surgeons is one of the main achievements of cosmetology today. Injection plastic surgery is a safe and affordable solution for correcting the shape of the face and its individual areas. To achieve the most pronounced positive results, you should carefully select a filler - a liquid implant that promotes the desired changes. One of the popular drugs of this kind is P erfectha, which we will talk about in a little more detail .

General Product Information

For the first time, products under the Perfectha brand were presented on the European cosmetology market in 2007. The noisy and promising premiere of the product was preceded by two years of detailed research and development carried out by the French company Laboratoire ObvieLine. In Russia, the use of drugs of this brand has become officially available since 2011, when the technology for their administration passed mandatory state registration.

In our country, such preparations are in wide demand under the brand “Perfectha Derm”, but it should be remembered that in fact such a name refers only to one of the products offered. All products are characterized by a unique manufacturing technology; for their production, high-density hyaluronic acid is used, which is characterized not only by significant density, but also by a high level of plasticity.

Perfectoderm: description

The stabilization technology used in the updated line of drugs of this brand is called E-Brid. What is its essence? With this technology, chains of conventionally stabilized hyaluronate are introduced into a solution of otherwise stabilized hyaluronic acid, where ester bonds are used instead of chemical reagents such as BDDE. Due to this, the percentage of modified hyaluronic acid is reduced, which is a factor in reducing the allergenic properties of the drug, and also allows you to maintain plasticity while increasing the duration of action in the tissues. So, Perfecta has acquired greater durability while maintaining the ease of administration of monophasic drugs. The hyaluronic acid used in the line’s products is of biotechnological origin and has a concentration of 20 mg/ml. Post-procedure swelling is not pronounced due to the absence of native (low molecular weight) hyaluronic acid in this filler, which causes it (and which is included in two-phase fillers using the standard method of their manufacture). For the same reason, there is no “drop” in volume in the early rehabilitation period (up to 7 days from the date of the procedure), of course, if the technique of the procedure was not violated and the volume and location, as well as the depth of the Perfecta injection, were selected correctly. Perfectha (Perfect): manufacturer ObvieLine, France. Analogues: all hyaluronic fillers can be considered analogues of the drug, but especially those that are also biphasic. These include Repleri from the Novonexus company, and in addition, the well-known Restylane, which, although it is a two-phase product, has a unique NASHA stabilization technology that has not been repeated by anyone, in which the percentage of modified HA is unprecedentedly low (1%); this figure in Perfect is 90%.

Fixed assets and their purpose

Perfectha fillers differ in the concentration of hyaluronic acid and purpose. To date, the following have passed mandatory certification:

  • Perfectha Fine Lines. Used for injection into the upper layers of the skin, excellent for correcting shallow expression wrinkles, including those in the area around the eyes.
  • Perfectha Derm. Used for deeper injection, suitable not only for the correction of wrinkles, but also for the formation of the missing volume of soft tissues and lips.
  • Perfectha Deep. It has the most pronounced effect and can be used to correct deep wrinkles, including nasolabial wrinkles. The main purpose is injection plastic surgery, creating new shapes and volumes of the face.
  • Perfectha Sub Skin. A universal filler used to correct volumes, fill wrinkles, and also to eliminate scars on the surface of the skin.
  • Perfectha Complement is another drug produced within this line. It represents the company's latest development used for biorevitalization.

How Perfectha Derm beauty injections work

Hyaluronic acid is synthesized daily in the human body; it is an essential component of connective tissue. One molecule of hyaluronic acid can attract and retain 200-500 (up to 1000) molecules of water , which helps maintain the elasticity and freshness of the skin. With age, the process of reproduction of hyaluronic acid slows down, as a result, the skin becomes dehydrated and becomes wrinkled.

Injections of hyaluronic acid compensate for losses; the drug is injected into the wrinkle and fills it evenly. Due to the continuous addition of water molecules from tissues, cosmetics and even from the air, the volume of the gel located in a wrinkle or skin crease is maintained. But gradually the hyaluronic acid breaks down, and the volume of the leveling product decreases accordingly. When it completely biodegrades, the previous depth of wrinkles is restored. This can happen in 4-12 months, depending on the individual characteristics of the body and the injection site.

Basic principles of introducing the composition

Regardless of which filler is used for the procedure, the principle of its implementation remains universal. The preparatory stage is most often skipped or replaced by a consultation. The procedure itself takes about 30 minutes; after treating the skin with an alcohol solution, the specialist performs several injections. If necessary, the patient may request pre-anesthesia.

The final stage takes place at home and is completely determined by the attentiveness of the patient himself. For approximately one week after the procedure, it is not recommended to:

  • take aspirin;
  • conduct aggressive cosmetology sessions, including at home;
  • knead the treated areas with your hands, massage;
  • visit baths and saunas, solariums, and other establishments with high air temperature or humidity;
  • drink alcohol

How does the procedure take place, in what areas

Regardless of which product from the Perfect filler line is used, the specialist’s actions for its administration remain universal.

The preparatory procedure most often represents a consultation, during which the patient can find out how the drug will be administered, into which areas, what results can be expected and what complications may arise.

Injecting fillers under the skin takes about thirty minutes. Before giving the injection, the skin is thoroughly treated with alcohol.

For some patients, as an exception, or according to indications, an anesthesia procedure may be performed. For this purpose, icecaine is used, which is injected a few minutes before the filler is inserted.

After the procedure is completed, the skin is re-treated with an antiseptic.

Important: after the filler is injected, it is necessary to follow some rules and recommendations for some time:

  • do not apply decorative cosmetics to the skin of the face;
  • Do not treat filler injection sites with agents to resolve hematomas;
  • visiting baths, saunas, swimming pools and gyms is prohibited;
  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages and analgesics is prohibited.

Ignoring such simple rules can lead to quite sad consequences:

  • tissue necrosis develops at the injection sites;
  • there is no positive effect from the injection of filler;
  • possible development of facial asymmetry;
  • the gel migrates through the tissues.

Important: a drug with a minimum concentration of hyaluronic acid is injected only into the dermal or hypodermal layer of the skin. Drugs with a denser concentration of the main active ingredient can be administered periosteally.

The positive effect of filler injection lasts for twelve months. Repeated administration of the drug will prolong the amazing effect of using Perfect fillers.

Possible side effects

Quite often you can find reviews that Perfectha products provoke the minimum possible number of complications. It is very difficult to confirm or refute such a statement; no official information has been expressed on this topic. Regardless of the information presented, it is recommended to take into account that it can provoke such unpleasant consequences as:

  • swelling;
  • mild itching and soreness;
  • manifestation of bruises and local redness of the skin;
  • subcutaneous hemorrhages, formation of dots - papules.

Side effects usually last no more than 2-3 days, after which they almost completely disappear. No treatment is required; most prescribed measures are optional and aimed at eliminating discomfort (for example, cool compresses for swelling or ointments for bruises). If no positive changes are observed within the specified time frame, you should visit a specialist again.

Contraindications for use

In some cases, the use of Perfectha drugs and procedures based on them may be contraindicated for a certain group of patients. The restrictions imposed may be related both to the composition of cosmetic products and to the principle of carrying out manipulations based on them. It is generally accepted that prohibitions will be relevant in the following cases:

  • pregnancy and lactation;
  • individual intolerance to components in the composition of the products;
  • skin hypersensitivity, tendency to form scars of various types;
  • oncology, diabetes and other serious diseases;
  • increased body temperature, fever, symptoms of a cold or flu;
  • abnormalities of the circulatory or endocrine system;
  • inflammation and skin diseases (for example, herpes);
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases

  • almost complete safety of the products, high level of biocompatibility with body tissues;
  • minimum side effects and short rehabilitation period after the intervention;
  • the formation of pronounced results that last for a longer period of time;
  • complete disintegration of products introduced into the dermis;
  • additional rejuvenating effect caused by the decomposition of hyaluronic acid into beneficial components.

Prices for the procedure using Perfect range from 8,000 rubles to 20,000 rubles per syringe of the drug. The price depends on the specific product used, location and specialist. Remember that only a licensed and certified cosmetologist or plastic surgeon can perform such a procedure.
