Compound
All products in the line contain hyaluronic acid. Doctors recognize that the drugs are safe and highly effective. “Evgulon” and “Evgulon B” differ from each other in that the first contains a one and a half percent solution of an unstabilized hyaluronic acid polymer, and the second contains a one-percent solution of a reticulated polymer of the same acid. The difference lies in the adhesion strength of the hyaluronic acid molecules and their stability.
Unstabilized polymers are unstable. After being introduced under the skin, they break up into smaller particles. The gel fills the hollow space and replaces natural hyaluronic acid, which the human body lacks. Therefore, the product is used for the biorevitalization procedure.

The drug is administered in a dose of 2 mg (50 μl) once, in the form of three injections with an interval of one month, after which it is switched to administration every two months. After 12 months from the start of treatment, based on the results of eye diagnostics, the intervals between injections can be gradually increased. The mode of administration and duration of treatment is determined by the doctor based on the results of checking visual acuity and the condition of the fundus.
The main side effects of the drug Eylea are associated with the need to inject it into the vitreous cavity. Serious side effects of intraocular injection are very rare, but the patient should be warned about them before administration (endophthalmitis, retinal detachment, blindness, secondary cataracts , hemophthalmos, ocular hypertension). In approximately 5% of cases, administration of the drug into the eye cavity may be accompanied by pain in the eye, decreased visual acuity, hemorrhages under the conjunctiva at the injection site, the development of secondary cataracts, the appearance of opacities in the vitreous body, increased IOP, and allergic manifestations.

Indications

"Evgulon V" has a slightly different profile. Stabilized (reticular) hyaluronic acid contains molecules with strong bonds. The drug works great if you were looking for a gel characterized by slow disintegration.

The Evgulon F series are dermal fillers whose main purpose is to fill wrinkles. All fillers consist of bioenzymatic hyaluronic acid stabilized with vitamin C. The fact that this vitamin is present in the products allows hyaluronic acid to degrade (resorb in body tissues) at a minimal speed.
“Evgulon F1”, “Evgulon F2” and “Evgulon F3” differ from each other in density, which is determined by the main purpose of their use.

EUGULON is a colorless, transparent 1.5% aqueous solution of unstabilized hyaluronic acid polymer, intended for skin biorevitalization.
Composition: 1 syringe with a capacity of 1.5 ml contains 22.5 mg of sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight 1.25 million Daltons).
Excipients: sodium chloride, phosphate buffer, pyrogen-free water.
Directions for use: according to the procedure protocol.
Biorevitalization is an injection method of rejuvenation and prevention of skin aging using gels based on hyaluronic acid, which is EVGULON.
With the introduction of EVGULON, the production of its own hyaluronic acid increases, blood supply and metabolic processes in the skin improve, which contributes to:

• eliminating dry skin;
• improving elasticity, turgor and skin color;

Line of sterile concentrates GIATULON+
The basic element of the line is a 2% sterile gel of unstabilized hyaluronic acid “HYATULON M” (patent No. 2159111), used in a cocktail to perform the following tasks:
- increasing the duration of action of other substances introduced into the cocktail with hyaluronate, due to the formation of combined forms and the gradual release of components;
— ensuring targeted delivery of the active components of the cocktail to problem areas;
— increased microcirculation and migration of fibroblasts;
— reduction of endogenous intoxication rates;
— improvement of skin hydration and activation of hemostasis components.
Composition: 1 bottle with a capacity of 2 ml contains 40 mg sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight 1.5 million Daltons).

As an additional element of the cocktail when solving “anti-age” problems, it is recommended to use a Restoring Concentrate containing a balanced set of vitamins, trace elements, enzymes and coenzymes, as well as nucleic acids and amino acids.
The restorative concentrate can be used independently to carry out “anti-age” therapy on any areas of the skin susceptible to age-related changes, as well as to solve other aesthetic problems (alopecia, etc.).

Contraindications
Evgulon should not be used for:
- individual intolerance to filler ingredients;
- pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- blood clotting disorders;
- tendency of the skin to scar;
- if you have somatic, mental or autoimmune diseases;
- in case of inflammation or damage to the skin in the area of future injections;
- in the presence of infectious diseases, which includes ARVI;

Compared to other drugs from the group of VEGF receptor blockers (for example, ranibizumab, trade name Lucentis), Eylea is more effective, which has been proven in several independent scientific studies. Along with high effectiveness of use, the drug is characterized by better safety and tolerability and has virtually no adverse effects on the body.
The main indications for the use of Eylea are eye diseases accompanied by neovascularization and macular edema (exudative form of AMD, diabetic retinopathy, myopic choriodal neovascularization, occlusion of the central retinal vein or its branches). The drug is not used to treat patients under 18 and over 75 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in cases of intraocular or periocular infection.
Eylea is available in the form of a ready-to-administer solution in a bottle with a filter needle attached to it. One bottle is intended for single administration. When performing an intravitreal injection, certain rules must be strictly followed. Only qualified ophthalmologists who have experience performing such manipulations can administer the drug. Only one injection per eye can be performed per procedure. Within an hour after the injection, the doctor should monitor the level of intraocular pressure, since aflibercept can cause an increase in IOP.

“Over the years, I noticed how ptosis of the cheeks and submental (chin) area began to appear. I would like to return the former oval face. Therefore, I went to a cosmetologist on the recommendation of my friend. The specialist suggested that I use the relatively inexpensive Evgulon, a domestically produced gel.
I was given injections about fifteen minutes after applying the anesthetic ointment. To be honest, it was quite painful, despite the use of painkillers.
