Embryoblast is a drug for organ tissue therapy, developed by the French company FILORGA, which is prepared on the basis of mesenchymal (germ) tissues of sheep embryos. Scientists call it an anti-aging “corrector”, because due to its unique composition it is able to activate the processes of internal rejuvenation of the skin and enhance the synthesis of organ-specific acids (DNA and RNA), which has a positive effect on the rate of reproduction of fibroblasts - the main structural components of the dermis.
Embryoblast - what is it?
The mechanism of action of the drug is based on the activation of compensatory reactions of the human body. With age, the functioning of cellular enzymatic systems, which take part in antioxidant protection and plastic exchange between the structural components of the dermis, malfunctions, which has a negative impact on the appearance of the skin.
Active ingredients that are part of mesenchymal tissues (vitamins, amino acids, phospholipids, growth factors, minerals and nucleic acids) have a positive effect on intercellular metabolism and the antioxidant defense system of the skin, stimulate skin regeneration processes and improve the morphofunctional parameters of the skin - help smooth out wrinkles , increase the production of collagen and elastin, normalize the production of pigments and regulate the functioning of the sebaceous glands.
Growth factors in combination with enzymes and nucleic acids improve blood microcirculation and activate enzyme metabolic processes in the body, which has a beneficial effect on the nutrition of hair follicles. Therefore, Embryoblaste is also used to stimulate hair growth.
Indications for use:
- wrinkles;
- signs of skin photoaging (hyperkeratosis, unhealthy complexion);
- scars;
- acne;
- pigmentation disorders, skin ptosis;
- atonic, dry skin;
- rosacea;
- alopecia (complete or partial hair loss);
- prevention of skin aging.
Mesotherapy with Embryoblast: photos before and after the procedure
“I like Filorga Embryoblast for its relatively low cost and high efficiency. I’ve already injected it into three clients, and they were all happy with the result.”
What is Filorga Embryoblast?
The main component of “Embryoblast” is isolated from the dental tissue of two-month-old sheep embryos. The resulting extract contains odontoblasts, which, when administered subcutaneously, actively stimulate the production of fibroblasts responsible for regenerative processes in dermal cells. Isolated from the tissues of embryos with an unformed immune system, “Embryoblast” does not cause rejection or allergies during mesotherapy injections.
When administered, the drug has an effective effect on dermal fibroblasts, increasing their activity several times. The processes of collagen and elastin synthesis under the influence of “Embryoblast” begin to occur at triple speed, causing noticeable rejuvenation of the skin and counteracting its further aging.
The drug is subjected to repeated freezing and filtration, which ensures its purification from microorganisms and large protein molecules. After which “Embryoblast” must undergo bacteriological and physico-chemical control.
The effectiveness of mesotherapy
Embryoblast contains all the components necessary for skin regeneration: nucleic acids and amino acids, vitamins and macroelements, biostimulants, enzymes. This composition allows you to activate the regeneration of the epidermis and strengthen its protective functions. After a course of mesotherapy the following is achieved:
- increased skin elasticity;
- less noticeable expression of deep wrinkles;
- complete smoothing of fine wrinkles.
Indications for mesotherapy
"Embryoblast" is mainly suitable for the age category over 35 years. Indications for the procedure are:
- fine wrinkles on the face and neck;
- creases in the skin in the décolleté area;
- skin that has lost its tone;
- dull and unhealthy complexion;
- striae;
- addition to accompanying cosmetic procedures;
- addition to plastic surgery as a factor accelerating healing processes.
Contraindications
"Embryoblast" does not contain dyes or preservatives, thanks to which it is well tolerated by patients. The procedure should not be prescribed to persons with allergies to animal components of the drug. Embryoblast is not suitable for those with oily skin, as its use increases the activity of the sebaceous glands. Otherwise, contraindications boil down to the usual restrictions for injection techniques: pregnancy, serious illnesses, problems with blood clotting.
Drug safety
Filorga embryoblast is a sterile biological extract, the substance for the preparation of which is obtained from the embryonic tissue of sheep in the first trimester of gestation. Material is collected only from those animals that have passed preliminary sanitary control carried out by special certified companies and received the appropriate veterinary certificates.
The procedure for obtaining the substance takes place in a sterile aseptic laboratory. The specialist collects mesenchymal tissue, homogenizes the material using physiological serum and prepares a solution from it for injection. Subsequently, the solution is repeatedly frozen and exposed to ultraviolet irradiation at strictly defined intervals (stabilized), filtered through a thin membrane and packaged in transparent 3 ml bottles (stabilizing additives and preservatives are not added to the bottle).
The unique method of obtaining and stabilizing the raw material allows us to completely preserve the activity of mesenchymal cells and make it as safe as possible for intradermal administration (the body perceives purified mesenchymal cells as its own).
The finished solution undergoes a control procedure in a state laboratory and receives a quality certificate. The product is certified in Russia, but only a person who has a medical education and a diploma of completing training courses on working with the drug from the FILORGA company can buy it.
“I heard a lot of good reviews from fellow cosmetologists about Embryoblast from the Filorga laboratory, but I didn’t know where I could buy it. I recently contacted an official representative, so now I have a trial group of clients. So far, there are only good reviews about the procedure - painless administration of the drug, no adverse reactions, quick effect.”
Procedure protocol
The procedure for organ tissue therapy with Embryoblast solution does not require special preparation. The doctor makes injections with a syringe with a needle with a diameter of 0.3 mm in accordance with the papular, linear-retrograde or pressure mesotherapy technique (nappage and mesoperfusion techniques are less commonly used). During one procedure, no more than 3 ml of solution (one bottle) can be injected intradermally.
Experts have developed the three most optimal courses of mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation using Embryoblast.
- The basic (or intensive) course is suitable for complete rejuvenation of the skin and prevention of aging. It involves 4-5 injections, which are given once every 7-10 days. To consolidate the effect obtained, the patient is prescribed 1-2 maintenance injections, which are carried out every three months.
- A targeted (cumulative) course involves administering the drug to “problem” areas (the area around the eyes and nasolabial triangle, neck, scalp). The drug accumulates in the tissues and gradually normalizes the functioning of the structural elements of the dermis. The course consists of 3-5 procedures, which are carried out once every two weeks.
- A combined course involves a combination of injections of the drug with other rejuvenating techniques - biorevitalization or botulinum therapy (the doctor determines the skin rejuvenation program and the interval between procedures individually for each patient).
The primary effect after injections of the drug Embryoblast is assessed after 2-3 procedures, the final effect becomes noticeable 4-6 weeks after the start of anti-aging therapy.

Correction of wrinkles using the drug Embryoblast (Filorga, France)
One of the most interesting and rapidly developing areas of correction of age-related changes is organ tissue therapy.
The technique involves mesotherapeutic introduction into the epidermis and dermis of extracts containing biologically active compounds in the biomolecular mass of the cell cytoplasm. Modern technologies make it possible to obtain tissue extracts, during which all nuclear structures and high molecular weight proteins are removed.
Organ tissue therapy can induce mature cells to move into a functionally more active state, which is characteristic of young cells. This is especially interesting to us, since aging skin is characterized by a slowdown in functions and a cessation of reproduction of the main cells of the dermis - the middle layer of the skin - fibroblasts that synthesize the supporting proteins of the dermis, collagen and elastin.
A drug for organ tissue therapy that can help with age-related changes - Embryoblaste. It was developed by scientists at Laboratoires Filorga (France) in full compliance with current requirements for the production of drugs. During the production process, the drug goes through many stages of complex purification, in particular, through double extraction processing.
The drug obtained as a result of the production process contains a complete set of amino acids necessary for protein synthesis, saccharides, lipids, enzymes and vitamins, as well as growth factors.
In order for the finished drug to be used in clinical practice, it undergoes a control examination in a state laboratory. Embryoblast has been certified in the Russian Federation, its registration number is FS No. 2006/1479.
The main results of introducing embryoblast into the skin are smoothing the skin microrelief, improving its elasticity, density, firmness, and skin rejuvenation. Not least of all, this is due to the fact that, as was revealed in in vitro/in vivo clinical tests, which were carried out at the Pasteur Institute in France, with the introduction of Embryoblast, the level of synthesis of organ-specific deoxyribonucleic and ribonucleic acids increases, and the rate of fibroblast division increases in three times.
Among the indications for prescribing biological therapy with the organopreparation Embryoblast are early signs of both photo- and chronoaging, fine wrinkles, atrophy and sagging skin, age-related changes of the fine-wrinkled type, stressed and “tired” skin, rosacea, scars, skin problems around the eyes - circles and bruises under the eyes; preoperative preparation and rehabilitation period after plastic surgery, diffuse hair thinning and alopecia.
There are also contraindications - Embryoblast is not recommended for acute infectious diseases accompanied by high fever, with a tendency to allergies to animal proteins, pregnancy and acute metabolic disorders, as well as for chronic somatic diseases in the stage of decompensation and severe heart rhythm disturbances.
Embryoblast is a highly purified drug, as a result of which the risk of developing allergic and autoimmune reactions to it is minimized - this applies even to highly sensitive patients. In addition, the drug initially contains no potential irritants - preservatives, stabilizers, fragrances and dyes.
Do not forget! The drug Embryoblast has a high therapeutic potential, and this makes it possible to use it in solving a wide range of dermatological, aesthetic and trichological problems. But this requires a high level of doctor training and an individual, comprehensive and extremely attentive approach to correcting the patient’s problems. Only dermatocosmetologists and cosmetologists trained in Filorga preparations should administer Embryoblast.
In our Center, therapy with Embryoblast (as well as other Laboratoires Filorga drugs) is carried out by a certified trainer of Laboratoires Filorga in Russia, dermatologist, cosmetologist Sergei Gennadievich Prikhnenko, dermatologist, cosmetologist Veronika Davydovich, cosmetologist Maria Korosteleva.
