Surgical defloration

Prices Reviews Our specialists Make an appointment

Among the services provided by plastic surgery, hymenoplasty is especially popular - an operation aimed at restoring virginity. But in some cases, there is a need for surgical defloration - an operation during which the hymen is removed.

In girls, the entrance to the vagina is blocked by a thin soft septum (fold of the mucous membrane) - the hymen, or hymen. It has one or more small holes through which menstrual blood flows and a special biological fluid is released that moisturizes the labia and protects the internal organs from pathogenic microorganisms.

During the first sexual intercourse, the hymen ruptures, causing bleeding. In this case, the woman may feel pain (minor or very severe). But in some girls, due to physiological characteristics, the hymen does not rupture naturally. In such cases, they resort to surgical dissection of the hymen, which is carried out in the clinic.

Indications and contraindications

Surgical defloration is carried out if there are medical indications or socially significant reasons.

Medical indications include physiological defects that can cause discomfort or threaten health:

  • the inability to rupture the hymen naturally due to the characteristics of individual physiology:
    • the hymen is too elastic and does not tear during sexual contact, but is stretched or a partial rupture occurs, which provokes pain with each sexual intercourse;
    • the hymen is very dense, which is why it cannot tear;
    • the presence of a septum in the vagina or other anomalies - in this case, attempts to rupture the hymen naturally cause severe pain and can cause injury;
  • lack of sexual intercourse until the age of 25-30 - at this age, the hymen loses 80% of its elasticity and thickens, which makes natural defloration almost impossible;
  • the absence of holes in the hymen due to its atresia (infestation), as a result of which menstrual blood is not able to get out and accumulates in the vagina, causing bursting unbearable pain and inflammatory processes (in such cases, the operation is carried out long before the onset of sexual activity, at the onset of menarche) ;
  • unbearable pain that does not allow sexual intercourse;
  • late pregnancy (it can occur with increased elasticity of the hymen without its rupture);
  • injury to the vaginal area.

Socially significant reasons include:

  • psychological problems (for example, if a girl is embarrassed because she has no sexual experience);
  • the desire to avoid pain that occurs during natural defloration;
  • increased sensitivity to pain:
  • panic fear of sexual intercourse, as a result of which the vaginal muscles become toned.

In some cases, pain can cause physical or psychological trauma, cause the development of vaginismus or intimacy phobia.

Surgical defloration is contraindicated for:

  • poor blood clotting;
  • the presence of infection in the genitals;
  • inflammatory diseases of the genital area;
  • venereal diseases;
  • loss of skin elasticity;
  • the presence of tumors in the vagina;
  • mental disorders.

In most cases, the operation is not cancelled, but postponed to a later date, when obstacles to surgical intervention have been eliminated.

In case of diabetes mellitus, vasculitis and some other pathologies, additional preparation is required before surgery, which is prescribed by the doctor individually.

Surgical defloration: contraindications and the operation itself

Surgical defloration does not require special preparation. The main contraindications against surgery are the presence of diseases such as syphilis, hepatitis and HIV, as well as the presence of active inflammation in the vaginal area.

The operation is performed at the beginning or middle of the menstrual cycle, at least 7 days before the start of menstruation.

The operation itself takes about an hour of pure time, including preparation and anesthesia. The patient remains in the room for 2 hours after the operation to let the anesthesia wear off, after which he can leave the clinic on his own. The operation is performed on an outpatient basis and anonymously.

Carrying out the operation

Surgical defloration is carried out according to the established protocol:

  • a drug is injected into the vagina to reduce sensitivity to pain;
  • an incision is made on the mucous membrane with a scalpel (in some clinics the operation is performed using a laser), if necessary, part of the hymen tissue is excised;
  • the wound is treated with a disinfectant, and a sterile tampon is placed in the vagina.

Surgical defloration takes no more than 10-15 minutes. During the manipulations, the woman does not feel pain or discomfort.

The operation is performed under local anesthesia. If additional correction needs to be carried out simultaneously with defloration, then general anesthesia is used. This need arises with certain structural features of the genital organs (for example, if there is a septum in the vagina or if the entrance to the vagina is completely closed).

After the operation, the woman remains in the hospital for several hours so that the doctor can assess her condition after the effects of anesthesia. Complete healing occurs within 5-7 days. Intimacy is allowed for 8-10 days.

The result of surgical defloration is no different from natural. Therefore, even a gynecologist cannot always determine by the appearance of the genital organs how the hymen was ruptured.

The price of the operation is influenced by the initial condition of the hymen, the need for additional procedures and the cost of drugs used for anesthesia.

Artificial defloration

If your attitude towards your intimate place is more reverent and scrupulous than just the reproductive organ, then it is better to choose the “right” medical institution for the surgical defloration operation. If you want to lose your virginity, albeit surgically, in a psychologically comfortable environment with an individual approach to your problem, entrust this delicate matter to our professionals. Next, we’ll tell you about a few simple steps towards getting rid of this annoying problem.

Preparation

Make an appointment with an intimate surgeon by phone or online on the website. At the appointment, you discuss the situation, and after the examination, the doctor will offer the best solutions. Correctly, 2 offers are made to you:

  1. Standard option (surgical defloration category 1 or 2, or another - in the presence of structural anomalies) and
  2. Comprehensive option (cosmetic removal of the hymen, including tests and anesthesia).

In addition to cost, they differ primarily in that the second option involves performing artificial defloration using a special technique, which subsequently excludes the girl from having remnants, scraps of hymen, or other defects at the entrance to the vagina, i.e. visual signs of the manipulation performed. All other conditions are equivalent for both options for removing virginity. Minimal tests are also taken (see table below).

How is surgical defloration performed?

The operation is performed in a certain sequence. The girl undresses and lies down in the gynecological chair. The external genitalia and vaginal cavity are treated with antiseptic solutions, after which local anesthesia is given. Most specialists consider general anesthesia for surgical defloration to be inappropriate due to the large number of potential risks and adverse reactions, especially since a good local anesthetic completely eliminates any discomfort! We use modern imported drugs and the thinnest, short needles, the injection of which is almost imperceptible to the patient. After a few minutes, complete anesthesia occurs in this area and the gynecologist begins to perform defloration surgery according to a pre-agreed option (standard or cosmetic). There are no unnecessary people in the office, only the patient and the doctor. The procedure takes from 10-15 to 25-30 minutes.

When performing deflowering surgery, OUR specialist does not use piercing or cutting instruments. All hymen incisions are carried out exclusively using a non-contact radio wave method. Cost of the service - see Defloration price ₽₽₽.

After surgical defloration

  • Sex is possible after 5-15 days (depending on the nuances of the operation);
  • All obstacles to full vaginal intercourse are eliminated;
  • The problem of pain and fear of experiencing severe pain disappears;
  • There is no risk of bleeding if the hymen ruptures during first coitus;
  • Unpleasant sensations during sex caused by incomplete rupture or remnants of the hymen stop;
  • For girls who practice same-sex relationships, artificial defloration opens up new opportunities.
  • If pain persists when inserting a penis, then the reason may be the narrowness of the vaginal opening, and measures must be taken.

Preparing for defloration

Despite the fact that surgical defloration is a fairly simple intervention, it is important to properly prepare for it. The gynecologist conducting the initial examination will also prescribe a list of diagnostic procedures, which may include:

  • clinical blood and urine tests;
  • blood chemistry;
  • determination of coagulability;
  • tests for blood group, Rh factor, if these data are unknown;
  • laboratory diagnostics for infections (syphilis, HIV, viral hepatitis);
  • vaginal smear for flora;
  • ECG.

This allows you to ensure that there are no contraindications. If they are not, the doctor will plan the operation taking into account the menstrual cycle. It is performed on days without natural bleeding.

Benefits of laser defloration surgery

Operation using a laser, unlike surgery, is a completely non-contact method because tissue is removed with a beam of light

  • The laser simultaneously coagulates blood vessels, which reduces bleeding
  • The laser beam disinfects when exposed to tissue, which eliminates the possibility of infection during surgery
  • The laser can perform very precise manipulations and make even minimal tissue incisions
  • When the laser beam is applied to the tissue in a targeted manner, the likelihood of scarring is eliminated
  • The recovery period after laser defloration surgery is very short. Full recovery, including the ability to live an intimate life, occurs after 5 - 7 days after surgery
  • There are no side effects with laser hymenoplasty

Deflowering surgery

The procedure can be applied to operations only conditionally. It only takes a few minutes for the doctor to make a short linear incision with a scalpel or scissors in an area devoid of blood vessels. It is better to use general anesthesia, a short sleep with normal sensations, no pain, wake up - the problem is solved.

The issue of local anesthesia during surgical deflowering is also being considered, but it involves an injection into this area, which is often extremely difficult, especially if the problem is associated with a high threshold of pain sensitivity. In this regard, it is probably better to give preference to a clinic where short general anesthesia is possible.

It is important to understand that this surgical deflowering does not involve the taking of virginity. He will still be the first, and the doctor simply must destroy the obstacle that prevents him from quietly starting sexual activity without excessive pain.

How is surgical defloration done?

Surgical defloration is performed using surgical instruments, excising excess hymen tissue. In our clinic, according to indications, high-tech surgical equipment can also be used: a radio knife or a surgical laser. In laser defloration surgery, the hymen is corrected using a laser beam. The laser beam cuts the tissue while simultaneously coagulating the blood vessels, which reduces bleeding. During laser surgery, there are no scars or cosmetic sutures left at the treatment sites. Laser surgery is the most gentle method of surgical defloration.

What are patients interested in about surgical defloration?

Patients are often concerned about whether surgical defloration will hurt. It is safe to say that there will be no painful sensations, since the operation is performed under anesthesia, general or local, depending on the indications. With local anesthesia, of course, at first there will be one sharp injection, but then, when it takes effect, there will be no pain. If desired, it can be done under general anesthesia. The patient will then be given intravenous pain medication and will fall asleep. When he wakes up, everything will be over. Some women are terribly afraid of pain, so they can choose which anesthesia is best for them. Before the operation, specialists will explain what the essence of this or that type is, and will also provide information on their effect on the body, and prescribe the necessary tests.

After surgical defloration, there will initially be mild painful sensations that can be compared to the sensations of an abrasion. Many people don’t consider this to be pain. But if it still causes some inconvenience, then you can take some kind of analgesic. All you have to do is take a pill and the discomfort will disappear. Horoscope for June 2021 for women

Many are still interested in the question: will the hymen become overgrown if, after surgical defloration, there is no sexual intercourse for a long time? It should be emphasized that the hymen simply cannot grow together over time; this is not typical for it. Therefore, it doesn’t matter how long a woman is not sexually active, a month, two or even six months, she cannot become a virgin again, even if she wants to.

It is also important to note that artificial surgical defloration is carried out in such a way that after its implementation it is no longer possible to understand whether it occurred naturally or artificially. Artificial defloration has no special features. Therefore, neither a young man nor even a gynecologist will be able to determine that defloration was performed surgically.

When is surgical defloration recommended?

What is defloration? This beautiful Latin word, translated as “plucking a flower,” medically means the breaking of the hymen. In most cases, this happens during the first sexual intercourse in a girl’s life. But there are situations when the process of defloration naturally is difficult.

There can be many reasons.

Each woman's hymen is as unique as the pattern of her fingers - it can be of different sizes, density, and elasticity.

The super-elastic hymen of some young women, for example, may not rupture at all even after numerous contacts. So a woman can become pregnant, then defloration will be required before childbirth.

But this is, of course, rare. More often than not, the hymen turns out to be denser than one could imagine. Such a hymen with a large number of blood vessels breaks in a difficult and painful way.

The partner's insistence can cause stress-induced narrowing of the vagina, as well as cause psychological and physical trauma to the woman, including rupture of the perineum and damage to the vagina. In this case, the hymen will heal for a long time after defloration, but the mental trauma may not heal for the rest of your life.

Another reason why painful defloration can occur

not the best age for defloration. Until about 20-22 years of age, the hymen is very elastic, and then it becomes more and more dense, so that by the age of 30, late defloration can be accompanied by pain, bleeding, and injuries.

Of course, this does not mean at all that you need to have time to lose your virginity before 22. The main thing is not when, but with whom and how. If the hymen is so dense that defloration cannot occur without pain, then artificial defloration comes to the rescue.

Medical defloration can be carried out according to indications, as well as at the personal request of the woman. The defloration operation painlessly and quickly helps to break the hymen, opening the way for a girl to a happy intimate life.

Result of defloration

Due to the high sensitivity of the genital organs, pain may persist for a week after surgery. To relieve pain, you can take painkillers. There may also be some spotting for a few days. During this period, it is better not to exercise, not have sex (12 hours) and avoid visiting baths and saunas.

After 7-10 days, complete tissue healing occurs. From this moment on, a woman can lead an active intimate life, forgetting about pain, shame and fear. At the Center for Aesthetic Intimate Surgery, the operation is performed in comfortable conditions by the best surgeons in St. Petersburg. This eliminates the risk of developing negative consequences.
