Bioreparation procedure using the drug HYALREPAIR®-02 Bioreparation for the “face-neck-décolleté” area

Biorevitalization of the neck and décolleté area is the injection of hyaluronic acid-based preparations under the skin to moisturize and rejuvenate the skin. Injections of hyaluronic acid help replenish moisture deficiency and create a water reserve in the skin, providing it with optimal hydration.

The composition of preparations for biorevitalization may include not only hyaluronic acid in its pure form, but also vitamins, microelements, peptides and amino acids. Depending on the age and indications, the doctor selects the most suitable drug.

HYALREPAIR® TECHNOLOGY

HYALREPAIR® technology is the only* technology that triggers its own skin repair and rejuvenation processes. In HYALREPAIR® preparations, hyaluronic acid is modified by the solid-phase method by adding vitamins, amino acids and oligopeptides to it without the use of chemical cross-linking reagents. Pharmacopoeial class hyaluronic acid of high purity with an optimal molecular length (2 million Da) ensures uniform distribution of the drug in tissues and targeted delivery of biologically active substances (BAS) directly to cells. Due to the “sewn on” low-molecular components, the spatial structure of hyaluronic acid changes, and it becomes “unrecognizable” by tissue hyaluronidases. At the same time, the chemical structure and functional potential of hyaluronic acid do not change. As hyaluronic acid biodegrades and bonds with it are destroyed, biologically active substances are gradually released, and direct, prolonged physiological stimulation of cellular activity occurs, which has been proven by clinical experimental research. The duration of retention (up to 3 weeks) in tissues of biologically active substances natural to the body, performing various functions (stimulation, restoration, nutrition, etc.) has no analogues.

Price

Biorevitalization of the décolleté is carried out in combination with biorevitalization of the face and neck. The price of the procedure depends on the drug used. The latter differ in manufacturer, concentration of the active component, and the presence of additional substances (vitamins, amino acids).

UNIQUE PROPERTIES OF HYALREPAIR®-02 BIOREPARANT

HYALREPAIR®-02 Bioreparant contains hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 14 mg/ml, modified with vitamin C, proline, lysine and glycine. Intradermal administration of hyaluronic acid (modified with biologically active substances), in addition to increasing skin hydration, leads to the creation of an optimal environment for the functioning of fibroblasts, neoangiogenesis and activation of collagenogenesis. Restoring the integrity of the collagen matrix promotes the formation of focal contacts between fibroblasts and the collagen network and normal cell elongation, which is a prerequisite for their functional activity, in particular the proliferation of fibroblasts and the biosynthesis of components of the intercellular substance. An important feature of the drug’s action is that hyaluronic acid delivers the necessary substrates for both its own re-synthesis and collagen synthesis directly into cells via endocytosis. When the complex is broken down in lysosomes, the cell receives monosaccharides for the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and amino acids for the synthesis of collagen. This allows you to restore the content and quality of hyaluronic acid that changes with age. Proline, lysine, glycine are part of the main proteins of the intercellular matrix of the dermis. Proline and lysine are involved in the formation of covalent bonds and contribute to the formation of “healthy” collagen at the stages of synthesis, chemical modification and assembly of collagen fibers. Glycine performs an additional analgesic function due to the fact that it is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. In addition, glycine is involved in the neutralization of toxic substances that cause pain syndromes. The physiological effect of vitamin C is associated not only with stimulating collagen production, but also with reducing the production of metalloproteinases - enzymes that destroy collagen in the dermis. Thus, HYALREPAIR®-02 Bioreparant is designed to increase the regenerative potential of the skin and reduce the manifestation of external signs of age-related involution. The drug is recommended for patients with fine-wrinkle type of aging. Due to the fact that the active substances included in the drug are retained in the skin for three weeks, the frequency of administration is once every three weeks. The drug has a gel form and is available in a 1.5 ml glass syringe.

Biorevitalization (hyaluronic acid injections)

– a modern technique that allows you to activate the production of your own hyaluronic acid and collagen by skin cells.

Hyaluronic acid has the ability to aggregate water, as a result of which the normal level of skin hydration is restored, fine wrinkles are smoothed out, and hyperpigmentation becomes less pronounced.

Cosmetologists at the PARACELS Medical Center recommend biorevitalization because it makes the skin moisturized, activates cell regeneration, and helps eliminate wrinkles, age spots and other imperfections. Specialists use only proven methods in their work; all drugs are approved for use and licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

How does the procedure work?

  1. Consultation with a cosmetologist. If you come to the clinic for the first time, we will diagnose your skin using the Janus device. Laboratory tests will be ordered if necessary. Information about the balance of vitamins and microelements in the body is extremely useful to your cosmetologist. This data allows you to eliminate gaps and improve the effectiveness of procedures.
  2. Cleansing the skin of makeup, antiseptic treatment.
  3. Opening of the drug in front of you.
  4. Injection of the composition under the skin. The injection of hyaluronic acid is painless, patients report minimal discomfort. Therefore, pain relief is not performed before the session. If you are afraid of injections, we can offer you light premedication to give you peace of mind.
  5. The “problem” area – in this case, the neck and décolleté – is sequentially injected with small doses of the drug.
  6. Repeated antiseptic treatment.
  7. Receive doctor's recommendations and set a date for your next visit to the clinic.

Biorevitalization procedure

The biorevitalization procedure involves enriching the skin of the face and body with hyaluronic acid. In the cosmetology department of the PARACELS Medical Center, biorevitalization is performed by injection (injections using the drugs Genyalift, Jalor re-style, Juvederm Hydrate)

Biorevitalization is a safe procedure and, if the technology is followed, does not cause complications. Can be recommended to women and men over 18 years of age. At the same time, injection biorevitalization provides a quick and pronounced effect.

The duration of the procedure is from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated. The treatment program is compiled by the clinic doctor individually for each patient, taking into account the condition of his skin. The course may include from two to six procedures, which are performed at intervals of 2-4 weeks.

Stages of introducing hyaluronic acid by injection

  • Skin cleansing and makeup removal
  • Treating the injection area with a special disinfectant
  • Applying anesthetic cream
  • Removing anesthetic cream using dry wipes
  • Administration of the drug
  • Treating the injection area with a special disinfectant
  • Applying a special cream to the injection area

Contraindications to biorevitalization

hyaluronic acid are pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation; bleeding disorder (hemophilia); the use of anticoagulants - drugs that reduce blood clotting (heparin, coumarins, aspirin); pathological fear of needles; allergic reactions to the drugs used; inflammatory process in the area of drug administration; autoimmune, cancer and mental diseases.

Rehabilitation after biorevitalization

The recovery period may take about 3 days. During this time, cosmetologists recommend avoiding visiting a solarium, bathhouse, sauna, spending less time in the sun, and not doing cosmetic procedures, peelings, or applying makeup. In addition, a cosmetologist may prescribe the use of special creams and preparations that will help get rid of wounds faster and reduce possible swelling.

The effect after biorevitalization becomes noticeable on the third day, and increases further. It is advisable to repeat the course of biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid every six months.

Differences from mesotherapy

Mesotherapy and biorevitalization are aimed at improving the condition of the skin. But there are differences between them. Mesococktails contain more vitamins and amino acids that complement the action of hyaluronic acid. Biorevitalization gives quick results by quickly moisturizing all layers of the skin and activating metabolic processes. But the aesthetic effect lasts less due to the faster breakdown of hyaluronic acid molecules.

It cannot be said that any of these procedures is better or worse; it all depends on the indications. Biorevitalization helps to quickly restore skin after sunburn, remove dryness, peeling, and acne spots. Mesotherapy is effective for the prevention of age-related changes (it can be done from 18–20 years old), the treatment of acne, pigmentation, and rosacea.
