What is contour plastic surgery?

Memo and recommendations for patients when carrying out cosmetic rejuvenation procedures

To achieve the maximum lifting effect, it is necessary to carry out a course consisting of 3 procedures with a frequency of 2-3 weeks.
In this case, the effect of 3D mesothreads can last for 2 years. After two months, a framework of young connective tissue forms around the 3D mesothreads and the skin thickens. After installing the threads, 2-3 weeks later it is possible to use radio wave lifting devices to enhance the lifting effect and additional retraction of tissue around the already installed threads. 2-3 weeks after the installation of 3D mesothreads, it is possible to use other hardware techniques - myostimulation, cavitation, microcurrents, electroporation, oxygen and fractional mesotherapy, laser and fractional rejuvenation, mesotherapy, tissue biorevitalization.

NOT RECOMMENDED for 7 -10 days:

  • be exposed to direct sunlight;
  • load facial muscles;
  • carry out physiotherapeutic procedures;
  • massage in the area where the threads are inserted;
  • for 12 hours you must not touch, heat or cool the place where the threads were inserted, or apply cosmetics;
  • immediately after the procedure, it is necessary to limit the work of facial muscles as much as possible;
  • For the first 3 days it is recommended to sleep on your back.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

  • the procedure is not recommended during pregnancy, lactation, menstruation;
  • herpetic rashes;
  • acute febrile illnesses;
  • impaired blood clotting as a result of disease (hemophilia), as well as with the use of anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents (heparin, coumarins, aspirin trental, ticlid);
  • tendency to form keloid scars.

Injection rejuvenation procedures

Any injection procedure is not recommended during menstruation and while taking anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents (this increases the possibility of hematomas).

Contraindications are: hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy and lactation, acute infectious and inflammatory diseases, a tendency to form hypertrophic and keloid scars, some autoimmune diseases.

After the procedure, swelling and redness of the tissues remain in the injection area, a feeling of pain and a hematoma may occur. Normally, redness disappears a day after the procedure. Swelling can persist for up to 3 days, and with correction in the lip area for about a week. Resorption of hematomas occurs in 7-14 days. The final result is visible only after all symptoms disappear. If other unwanted reactions occur, you should contact your doctor.

How soon can you see the effect and how long does it last?

The result is noticeable immediately after the procedure and becomes more pronounced by the end of the second week. The duration of the effect depends on the individual characteristics of the patient, his lifestyle and compliance with recommendations during the rehabilitation period. The number of procedures is determined by the attending physician individually.

Biorevitalization

NOT RECOMMENDED for 3 days:

  • visit the bathhouse, sauna, swimming pool, gym, solarium;
  • drink alcohol, salty, spicy foods, do not smoke for the first 2-3 hours;
  • be exposed to direct sunlight;
  • carry out physiotherapeutic procedures.

For 12 hours, do not touch, massage, heat or cool the injection site, or apply cosmetics. After 12 hours, it is advisable to wash your face with water and antibacterial soap.

DURATION OF EFFECT

First of all, the number of necessary procedures depends on the tone of your skin. It is advisable to carry out biorevitalization in a course consisting of 3 procedures 2 times a year. This will make your skin elastic, young and beautiful for a long time.

Recommendations after contouring “FaceToKiss”

  1. You should not touch the injection site for 12 hours. Only after 12 hours can you wash your face with a mild cleanser and apply light makeup.
  2. Do not consume hot food or alcohol for 24 hours.
  3. It is forbidden to overheat or overcool the injection area (baths, saunas, etc.) until the swelling subsides and the redness disappears.
  4. It is forbidden to massage or knead the injection area to avoid movement of the drug (after contouring).
  5. After lip contouring, you can do self-massage of the lips from the 4th day.
  6. With frequent relapses of herpes (more than 4 times a year) in the correction area, it is necessary to take drugs (Acyclovir, Valacyclovir, Penciclovir, Famciclovir) 500 mg per day for 5 days, since injections can provoke herpes. It is recommended to start taking medications 1-2 days before the planned procedure.
  7. If you need to take anticoagulants (drugs that reduce blood clotting) for health reasons, then, if possible, you should stop taking anticoagulants due to the risk of hematomas and extensive “bruises” after the procedures.
  8. If pronounced “bruises” appear, it should be applied topically with heparin or troxerutin (Heparin ointment, Lyoton).
  9. It is not recommended to carry out procedures the day before (2-3 days) or during the menstrual cycle, since during this period women experience an increased pain sensitivity threshold, and also a high risk of the formation of hematomas and ecchymosis (“bruises”).
  10. When exposed to the sun after the procedure, it is recommended to use sunscreen with SPF 30-50 2-3 times a day.

Contour plastic

During the first week after the introduction of contouring drugs, it is NOT RECOMMENDED :

  • visit the bathhouse, sauna, swimming pool, gym, solarium;
  • drink alcohol, salty, spicy foods, do not smoke for the first 2-3 hours;
  • be exposed to direct sunlight;
  • load facial muscles;
  • carry out physiotherapeutic procedures.

Immediately after the procedure, it is necessary to limit the work of the facial muscles as much as possible and maintain a vertical body position for 4 hours. For the first 24 hours, it is recommended to sleep on your back. For 12 hours, do not touch, massage, heat or cool the injection site, or apply cosmetics. After 12 hours, it is advisable to wash your face with water and antibacterial soap.

DURATION OF EFFECT

First of all, the effect depends on the state of your skin tone, age, amount and density of the injected drug. It is advisable to carry out contour plastic surgery after a course of biorevitalization or mesotherapy. This will increase the duration of the contouring effect. Most often, when restoring the volume of the cheekbones, 1 syringe of the drug is used on one side, 1 syringe for volume of the lips, 1 syringe for the nasolabial folds, 1 syringe for the lacrimal grooves. When correcting several areas of the face, as a rule, 3 syringes are required. The patient needs to know that for the most beautiful result, a larger amount of the drug may be required. Usually one syringe contains 1 ml of the drug (hyaluronic acid). Calcium hydroxyapatite “Radiesse” 1.5 ml.

Recommendations after contouring

After the procedure, the contouring cosmetologist will give recommendations that will prolong the effect of the drug and also avoid complications. After the procedure, you must adhere to the following recommendations:

  • within 24-36 hours it is necessary to minimize the activity of facial expressions;
  • Do not touch your face with your hands, massage or rub;
  • Do not wet your skin with water or use cosmetics during the day;
  • For several days you should sleep only on your back;
  • if redness and swelling occur, on the recommendation of a doctor, it is necessary to use local anti-inflammatory drugs;
  • If crusts appear at the injection site, you must not tear them off;
  • if necessary, the doctor may prescribe heparin ointment;
  • it is necessary to protect the skin for several days from aggressive environmental influences;
  • use cosmetics with sun protection factor;
  • exclude visits to the solarium, bathhouse and sauna;
  • Do not massage, peel or clean the correction area for a month after the procedure.

After contouring, the face becomes tightened, facial wrinkles and sagging skin disappear. Such contraindications after the procedure allow you to avoid side effects, as well as preserve the beauty of the skin for as long as possible.

Photorejuvenation

After the adopted procedures, it is necessary to follow a corrective skin care regimen : the skin is lubricated with a special cream - and for a few more days it must be protected from similar damaging factors - that is, from sunlight, overheating (for example, do not look into a working oven). In the first few days after a photorejuvenation session, it is also not recommended to visit the sauna or swimming pool.

In some cases, slight swelling of the treated area is possible (it goes away in a day or two). The problem is that it is undesirable to apply decorative cosmetics to a freshly treated area - you can damage the skin. It is not recommended to use alcohol-containing cosmetics, at least for a week - again, so as not to damage the skin.

DURATION OF EFFECT

If you follow these recommendations, the result becomes stable and stays with you for a long time. At least two weeks must have passed since the last chemical skin peel or similar traumatic cosmetic procedure. If gold threads were implanted in the place where the light waves were supposed to influence, then it should be abandoned. The specialist must be informed about the occurrence of allergic reactions in the past.
