Bioreparation: how does it differ from other “beauty injections”?

The deformational type of aging is manifested by ptosis of the skin of the face and neck. Clinically, this is expressed by the formation of deep dermal wrinkles - nasolabial folds and “puppet wrinkles”, the appearance of a double chin and a violation of the clarity of the oval of the face - from moderate to severe. Is it possible to effectively treat all these signs of aging with one procedure? Yes, with the help of a new class of drugs - bioremedies - you can quickly influence local fat deposits in the double chin area and reduce the manifestations of gravitational ptosis.

Deformation (according to the classification of I. I. Kolgunenko, 1974) type of aging is manifested by ptosis of the skin of the face and neck. This type of age-related changes occurs mainly in patients with a hypersthenic physique who are prone to accumulating excess body weight. As a rule, they have a normal or oily skin type, a well-developed layer of subcutaneous fat, and a tendency to disrupt microcirculation and fluid retention. The main manifestation of aging in this morphotype is gravitational ptosis. For a long time, these people maintain a youthful appearance. But over the years, under the influence of gravity, fat tissue shifts relative to the bone structures in the area of the lower third of the face. Under the weight of excess fatty tissue, the skin stretches, begins to sag, and loses elasticity. Clinically, this is manifested by a few deep dermal wrinkles - nasolabial folds and “marionette lines”, the appearance of a double chin and a violation of the clarity of the oval of the face - from moderate to severe.

Among the numerous methods of correcting the oval of the face, injection methods undoubtedly occupy one of the leading positions. First of all, it is worth mentioning mesotherapy - a method with a long history and a pronounced therapeutic effect. Due to the fact that mesotherapy affects the pathogenetic links of aesthetic defects, with its help it is possible to quite quickly achieve a serious improvement in the condition of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. But, unfortunately, mesotherapy has not only advantages, but also a number of disadvantages. The peculiarity of mesotherapy cocktails is the short-term effect of the drugs - during the first day, the active components leave the tissues through the lymphatic bed. Accordingly, to achieve a pronounced aesthetic result, procedures must be carried out weekly, and recommended courses consist of 8-12 procedures. The high level of social activity of patients does not always allow them to adhere to strict recommendations, which negatively affects the final result. That is why there is a need for a new generation of drugs that have a more pronounced and prolonged effect. dermal bioreparation procedure allows you to cover a wide range of indications and have a pronounced effect on aesthetic problems .

The essence of the procedure

There are many injection procedures designed to solve specific problems or provide a comprehensive healing and rejuvenating effect. Bioreparation belongs to the second type: after a short course of procedures, the quality of the skin noticeably improves and the face (or any other treated area) looks younger, fresher, and more attractive.

This effect is due to the introduction into the thickness of the dermis of drugs that stimulate natural regeneration processes. It is known that one of the main signs of aging is a slowdown in metabolic processes. Over the years, the rate of cell renewal decreases, the amount of production of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin fibers decreases, and the ligamentous muscle framework changes. As a result, all the hated signs of age appear - wrinkles, decreased turgor, pigmentation and dull complexion.

Conventional cosmetics cannot cope with such problems. Even the most expensive cream acts primarily on the upper layer of the epidermis without penetrating deeper.

At some point, this becomes not enough: the middle and deep layers of the skin also need rejuvenation and nutrition. And then the so-called “beauty injections” come to the rescue - the injection of biologically active drugs that promote renewal, rejuvenation, and restoration of the skin.

It is important that the process is absolutely natural, as the prefix “bio” in the name of the technique clearly indicates. A cosmetologist does not just saturate the dermis with useful substances. Under the influence of the drug, natural processes are activated - the synthesis of fibroblasts, hyaluronic acid and collagen.

This distinguishes bioreparation from traditional surgical plastic surgery, which is a rather crude intervention in the functioning of the body.

The task of a cosmetologist is not to forcefully rejuvenate the skin, but to help it rejuvenate on its own.

What is bioreparation?

To understand the essence of the technique called “Bioreparation” and appreciate all its advantages, you need to understand a little about the structure of the dermis. Collagen and elastin, filled between the fibers with hyaluronic acid, are responsible for the elasticity and smoothness of the skin. With age, there is less hyaluronic acid, as well as collagen and elastin fibers in the skin. Because of this, it becomes flabby and uneven, and wrinkles appear.

Bioreparation is a procedure for introducing intradermal hyaluronic microinjections with the addition of peptides, vitamins, and amino acids.

The technique is intended to normalize the level of natural skin moisture, cell rejuvenation, synthesis of collagen and elastin proteins. Thanks to the multi-component composition, just one bioreparation procedure can start the natural processes of skin regeneration, and also allows you to create a reserve of substances necessary for the skin.

Indications

Bioreparation is indicated at the first signs of aging. Although scientists have not yet found a way to abolish old age, it is possible to slow down this process.

The procedure is effective for the prevention and correction of age-related changes.

Other indications:

  • Cuperosis. The walls of the blood vessels are strengthened, and the unpleasant redness disappears;
  • Severe dryness, dehydration. Thanks to injections, the skin is saturated with moisture from the inside;
  • Uneven skin. The relief course of the bioreparation course will level out;
  • Ptosis. Stimulation of collagen production leads to tissue becoming more elastic and the face tightening;
  • Scars, scars, post-acne, stretch marks. The procedure effectively corrects such defects;
  • Cellulite. Although bioreparation is most often used to renew the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, beauty injections will help tidy up the skin of the body. After the course, you can forget about cellulite - the thighs become smooth, elastic and tender;
  • Seborrheic dermatitis, alopecia. With the help of injections into the scalp, the condition of the hair improves and hair loss stops;

  • Preparation for radical interventions. If plastic surgery is indicated, the course completed before it will thicken and strengthen the epidermis, increasing its resistance to aggressive influences;
  • Rehabilitation after aggressive procedures and operations. As in the previous case, the condition of the skin improves and recovery occurs faster.

Bioreparation: indications

HYALREPAIR preparations allow you to solve a whole range of cosmetic problems, so the list of indications for bioreparation is quite long.

On the face:

  • dehydration;
  • pigmentation, rosacea;
  • gravitational ptosis;
  • skin tendency to irritation;
  • low tone, loss of elasticity;
  • acne, post-acne;
  • the need for skin restoration after laser procedures;
  • various burns;
  • scarring.

On the body:

  • flabbiness;
  • cellulite;
  • stretch marks.

Depending on the indications in each case, the cosmetologist selects a product from the HYALREPAIR line, focused on specific bioreparation tasks.

Launching natural rejuvenation serves as the basis for solving all problems.

Advantages

The composition of bioremedies includes modified hyaluronic acid, to which ingredients have been added that ensure a prolonged effect of the drug. Thanks to them, the drug remains in the thickness of the skin for up to three weeks. During this time, he manages to have maximum effect. Under the influence of the bioreparant, the production of fibroblasts and collagen is activated, the skin is tightened, smoothed, and becomes more elastic. (Efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid (Hyalrepair®, Hyaluform®) in eliminating aging facial skin)

For comparison: ordinary hyaluronic acid remains unchanged for up to 3-5 days, after which it breaks down under the influence of a special enzyme contained in the human body - hyaluronidase. Such a short period of time is not enough for serious changes, so biorevitalization is always done in courses of at least 4-6 procedures to accumulate the effect. If you give preference to bioreparation, then in most cases only three sessions are enough to get a noticeable result. This is a significant advantage for busy girls who find it difficult to find time for regular visits to the clinic.

Bioreparation is optimally suited for deformation-edema type of aging - and more than half of Russian women age this way. At the same time, with age, the tissues lose their elasticity and seem to slide down. The contours become less clear, the face becomes blurry, looks tired and unhealthy. In such a situation, it is very important to choose the right injection procedure for rejuvenation. Making the wrong choice can only make the problem worse. And this is where bioreparation comes to the rescue. This technique does not weigh down or stretch the skin, while simultaneously providing a noticeable lifting effect. How it works?

  • Hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration to the skin. Thanks to special additives, it remains in tissues for a long time, so it is effective even in low concentrations;
  • Ascorbic acid stimulates the production of your own collagen and brightens the epidermis. It is a well-known antioxidant that is indispensable in the fight against free radicals;
  • The amino acids cysteine, tripeptide glutathione and methionine also have antioxidant properties, while glycine, lysine and proline stimulate collagen production;
  • L-carnitine has lipolytic properties, i.e. allows you to destroy fat cells, thus correcting volumes in problem areas;
  • Vitamin B2 improves the respiration of epidermal cells.

The composition of the components is selected in such a way that they enhance each other’s effects, improve the condition of the skin and increase its immunity.

PROCEDURE PROTOCOL

Stage I. Preparation for the procedure

  1. Examination of the patient in a standing position, highlighting problem areas.
  2. Filling out the informed consent by the patient.
  3. Photo documentation.
  4. Makeup remover: Ethereal Cleanser is used to cleanse the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté. A light cleansing emulsion gently dissolves impurities and makeup without disturbing the barrier function of the skin, gradually turning into water, and is easily washed off without leaving any greasy shine or stickiness.
  5. Disinfection. Double treatment of the area with a 0.05% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine.

Stage II. Selecting an access point and marking

  1. The access point is determined in such a way that it is possible to perform correction of the entire zone. The first point of insertion of the cannula is located 2 cm lateral to the corner of the mouth or 1 – 1.5 cm lateral to the nasolabial fold. The second point is located in the submandibular region.
  2. Marking the injection area (Fig. 1). Along the nasolabial folds in the projection of the nasolabial fat packet, there are two vectors for introducing the cannula and three vectors along the mandibular line (for the correction of “jowls”). In the submental zone, as a rule, injections are performed along 7 to 10 vectors, fan-shaped diverging from the access point.
  3. Conducting anesthesia. When using a cannula, anesthesia may not be required, however, if the patient has a low pain threshold, application or infiltration anesthesia is performed at the site of cannula insertion.

III Stage. Executing the procedure

  1. Forming the entrance hole for the cannula. Puncture of skin and soft tissues with a needle with a diameter larger than the cannula. The puncture is performed perpendicular to the skin until it feels like it is sinking into the subcutaneous fat (Fig. 2).
  2. Administration of the drug HYALRIPAYER®–08 Bioreparant linearly-retrogradely in a fan technique using a 25G/50 mm cannula according to the markings into the hypodermis.
  3. A cannula is first inserted into the preformed inlet hole perpendicular to the skin, and then it turns around and runs parallel to the entire length. The drug is supplied at the tissue exit of the cannula (Fig. 3). 1 ml of the drug (0.2 ml per vector) is injected into the projection of the nasolabial fat pads and along the mandibular line; in the submandibular region - 3 ml of HYALRIPAYER®-08 Bioreparant (0.3 ml per vector). The total volume of the drug for the lower third of the face and submandibular region is 5 ml.
  4. Post-procedure care: at the end of the procedure, a restorative cream with Post Procedure peptides is applied to the skin, through which distributing massage movements are performed.

The cream, unique in its composition, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, reduces swelling, strengthens capillaries, relieves erythema, moisturizes the skin, and restores the epidermal barrier.

How is bioreparation carried out?

  1. Anesthesia. In this case, anesthesia is carried out by applying a special cream. It is possible to carry out the procedure without anesthesia - at the request of the patient.
  2. Injections. The drug package is opened in the presence of the patient. The package contains a syringe with the drug inside. The needle is extremely thin and short - to maintain injection safety. The injection lasts about 30 minutes.
  3. Apply the cream and rest for a while. Lasts 10-15 minutes.

Drugs

To carry out the procedure, special means are used - bioremedies. Hyalrepair products are famous for their prolonged anti-aging effect. The effectiveness of the product has been proven by numerous studies and the experience of cosmetologists.

The “highlight” of Hyalrepair is a technology that allows you to retain biologically active substances in tissues for a long time, preventing them from breaking down. At the same time, natural restoration processes and skin rejuvenation at the cellular level are launched, which continue even after the drug is removed from the body.

In the production of Hyalrepair, highly purified hyaluronic acid is used. Thus, the risk of unexpected reactions tends to zero.

The line includes the following drugs:

  • Hyalrepair-02 Bioreparant contains hyaluronic acid (14 mg/ml), enriched with vitamin C and amino acids. Hydrates the skin, reduces the severity of rosacea, smoothes wrinkles, adds radiance, and lightens age spots. This is a good choice for wrinkled, dry skin;

How does the procedure work?

Before starting bioreparation, you must consult a cosmetologist. Such a consultation is possible either immediately before the first session or a couple of weeks before it. In the latter case, the doctor will give recommendations on preparation. They are not too complicated - you just need to stop taking medications that somehow affect blood clotting. This is a prerequisite for all injection procedures.

The consultation must be face-to-face – neither online nor over the phone will the doctor be able to assess the condition of the skin and develop treatment tactics. So you shouldn’t save time on meeting with the doctor.

Let us remind you that injection procedures should only be carried out in a specialized cosmetology clinic by a qualified doctor!

Immediately after the interview, you can begin bioreparation.

The session consists of several stages:

  1. Application of anesthetic gel. Despite the fact that the injections are made with a thin needle, which is inserted to a shallow depth, patients may experience discomfort during the procedure. Using an anesthetic completely eliminates discomfort - while the doctor is working on your face, you can completely relax;
  2. Skin cleansing. Residues of the anesthetic are removed from the surface of the epidermis, after which the skin is disinfected. This is necessary to avoid infection;

  3. Administration of the drug. The biorepair must be evenly distributed in the skin, so the doctor makes many injections, introducing microdoses of the drug Hyalrepair. If the papular technique is used, then small bumps appear on the skin - this is completely normal, the marks will disappear within a few hours, maximum two days after the procedure;

  4. Antiseptic treatment;
  5. Applying a soothing cream or mask. The cosmetologist selects a suitable product that will speed up the healing of punctures and eliminate irritation and redness of the skin.

The duration of the session depends on the size of the treated area, but rarely exceeds 30-40 minutes.

Bioreparation and biorevitalization: what is the difference?

For both bioreparation and biorevitalization, preparations based on hyaluronic acid (HA) are used. If biorevitalizants use more concentrated or partially stabilized hyaluronic acid, then in biorevitalizants it is contained in smaller doses and is combined with other powerful stimulators of collagen synthesis, amino acids, vitamins and peptides.

The special formula in preparations for bioreparation makes hyaluronic acid “inaccessible” to hyaluronidase (an enzyme that destroys HA in the skin), which ensures its longer (up to 3 weeks) preservation in the skin.

Thus, bioreparation can solve more complex aesthetic and dermatological problems than biorevitalization.

Therefore, the application of methods, despite similar indications, has its own nuances. Biorevitalization is recommended for patients with very dry, dehydrated skin with reduced turgor. Bioreparation is prescribed in cases where swelling and pastiness of the skin, age-related ptosis, and reduced skin elasticity are pronounced. The cosmetologist will decide what is most suitable in your case during a consultation.

All popular injection techniques are presented in the cosmetology department of the MedicCity clinic. During the consultation, the cosmetologist will offer you an individual rejuvenation program, depending on the characteristics of your skin condition.

Recovery and care

Immediately after the procedure, the skin in the treatment area turns red, multiple papules, red dots, and even bruises are visible on it. All these phenomena pass quickly, however, until the puncture sites are completely healed, you need to care for your face as carefully as possible.

During the first day you should:

  • Avoid using decorative cosmetics in the treatment area;
  • Do not apply creams, masks and other cosmetics to the skin;
  • Do not touch the treated area with your hands;
  • Avoid dirty, dusty rooms.

Additionally, within two weeks you need:

  • Protect your skin from the sun. The beach and solarium are prohibited; when going outside you need to use a cream with a high degree of UV protection. If you neglect this recommendation, pigment spots may appear at the puncture sites;
  • Avoid visiting bathhouses, saunas, and taking hot baths. When exposed to high temperatures, blood vessels dilate, which can cause bleeding. In addition, due to the acceleration of metabolism, it is possible that the drug is removed from the body too quickly - in this case, the effect of the procedure will be much less noticeable and lasting;
  • Refrain from intense sports activities and drinking alcohol. The reasons are the same - unnecessary vasodilation and acceleration of metabolism;

  • Do not take medications that affect blood clotting. This is necessary to prevent bleeding or bruising;
  • Avoid massaging the treated area. The drug should be distributed in the dermal layer. Massage will speed up its removal and negate all the benefits of bioreparation.

If you follow all the recommendations of a cosmetologist, there is no risk of complications.

How is bioreparation carried out?

The course usually consists of 3 – 5 procedures with an interval of 2-3 weeks. After six months, it is recommended to repeat the treatment to consolidate the result. Cosmetologists also recommend carrying out maintenance procedures on an individual schedule for each patient.

For some time (about 7 days) after the procedure, “bruises” may persist at the sites where the skin was punctured. The results - fresh, rejuvenated and tightened skin - are noticeable almost immediately after the first procedure.

Women who have undergone the procedure write about the same effect (you can read reviews about bioreparation on the Internet).
