There have been changes for the better in the lower third of the face: the oval has become smooth, there are no jowls, and the double chin has almost disappeared. Perhaps the artist underwent a facelift, which, taking into account his age and the condition of the skin, could have been carried out simultaneously with a smas-lifting, that is, an operation in which the position of the facial muscles and the connective tissue layers holding them is corrected. Corrected, i.e. returns to the position occupied at a young age.
Domogarov has fewer wrinkles!
And that's a fact. Firstly, the artist straightened out the deep skin folds on his forehead. Perhaps this is a “bonus” of a circular facelift, but it is possible that a separate operation was performed, clearly not endoscopic, given the depth of the wrinkles. Perhaps the artist limited himself to injections of Botox - a drug based on botulinum toxin, which relaxes the muscles, smoothes the skin covering them, but at the same time deprives the face of facial expressions. Since Domogarov now has wrinkles on his forehead that appear and disappear, this option seems more plausible. The fact is that the effect of Botox lasts up to 6 months, then wrinkles return and disappear only after the next injection procedure. Secondly, the depth of the nasolabial folds has decreased. There is only one correction option: static wrinkles can be smoothed out by filling them with filler, i.e. a preparation containing hyaluronic acid.
