In just half an hour, Katya managed to force the entire film crew to radically reconsider their views on sports, beauty and diet.
“ There are things that no cream or procedure can replace! “ - she convinced us with burning eyes. How to stay in great shape with a busy schedule?
Nutrition
As a child, my biggest fear was getting fat, although I was not in danger of it. Yes, I was moderately well-fed, very well-built, but never plump. Now I take it easier. I even like chubby girls. The stereotype “thin means beautiful” has become obsolete. Nevertheless, many of my friends live by the principle “give up everything, and then grab it, eat and cleanse again, do a detox, walk around in a bad mood.” I don’t understand this, that’s why I don’t go on diets. Moreover, if I don’t eat, I simply won’t be able to stand my ten-hour working day. My rule: don't forget to eat. You can do this fractionally, the main thing is regularly. Frankly, I don’t like sweets, but I don’t limit myself to other weaknesses. For example, almost every day I allow myself a glass of red wine - this is my tradition to end the working day.
My grandmother, a Baltic woman, was always very beautiful. She often told me about separate meals, the principles of diversity, and taught me to think about what I eat. The idea is not even to give up flour or fat. The first principle is to always pay attention to where the product comes from and what it is made of. I try to buy natural, farm-grown products whenever possible, but I don’t go to markets. I find people who have their own farm or their own small store. Some people supply me with eggs, some with poultry, some with vegetables. Our neighbor in the country has a goat, and you can buy milk there. I really love goat's milk! The second important thing she taught me was to feel your body. If you don’t want something, you don’t have to force yourself. Listen to yourself. But if some “forbidden” product lifts your mood, it simply cannot be harmful!
I believe that at least once a year it is necessary to take a course of vitamins. We live in very unhealthy times and in a very polluted city. I buy them in Germany and France. And medications too. In my opinion, they are more effective.
Face and body
My fetish is face masks. Fabric, gel - any. And procedures with masks. I do them at Tina Kandelaki’s spa “In Copernicus”. By the way, I mostly go there - the masters already know my preferences, it’s convenient. But in principle, I think that people do not go to a salon or clinic, but to a certain master. I have my own cosmetologist Lyusine, she has a private office. I come to her to adjust the care program, do cleansing, light peelings, biorevitalization every six months, and sometimes plasma lifting. I'm considering Fraxel because my skin is prone to enlarged pores.
I accustomed myself to a three-step care system - wash, tone, moisturize. My means are different. At Guinot, for example, I only buy a moisturizing mask. I love Beautydrugs Black&Goldy eye patches - the effect is amazing! I often use Ansaligy for Tina Kandelaki products. I can’t go a day without the Lipikar moisturizing gel from La Roche-Posay - it’s universal, for both the face and the body. I also like “Radevit”, all cosmetologists know this cream. It is sold in pharmacies without a prescription. I use it for courses. I don't believe in creams that promise to solve all problems. From a certain age you cannot do without injections.
In general, the best therapy is to go somewhere for five days. I like the Rodina Hotel in Sochi. There is a masseuse Olya - she has magic hands. I love the deep tissue technique - strong, deep. I don't like stroking. I expect my muscles and problem areas to be worked out after sports and my back to be relaxed. By the way, I don’t go to men. For me it is important that it be a woman. In general, high-quality modeling massage is a sport for the lazy. It is good to do it in courses - twice a week for a month. But I don’t do facial massage. First of all, I simply don’t believe in him. Secondly, if you inject Botox or hyaluronic acid from a certain age, it is simply contraindicated. I really like to take a bath. I can hang out there for an hour. To be honest, I usually crawl to her in such a tired state that I don’t make any special ritual out of it. Hot water is just a way for me to relax, just like a sauna. True, I rarely go there - my capillaries are located close to the skin, so it is not particularly recommended for me.
Manicure
I have a point. A good manicure and pedicure are very important to me. I go for these procedures once every two weeks. I'm doing an unedged manicure by Christina Fitzgerald. Ideally, visit a trusted specialist. If I see that the manicurist is doing a bad manicure, I can just get up and leave. Now there are a lot of amateurs, as a lot of one-day courses have appeared. There are only a few professionals. Although there are also pleasant surprises. Recently in Sochi, a young girl gave me a gorgeous manicure! I'm going with him for the second week. Once in my life I had gel extensions done. I am sure this procedure should be banned. This is incredibly long, very harmful and also not very beautiful. It's good that the times have come when there is Shellac and Gelish.
Makeup
I have a whole mountain of lipsticks at home! I always get tired of the chosen shade, and I start painting with a different one. In my makeup bag there is always, of course, mascara. I currently use Clarins Lengthening Mascara and love Yves Saint Laurent False Eyelash Mascara. By the way, it not only makes them fluffy, but also smells very tasty. I always buy blush from MAC. I have 150 shades. All cold, “pig” tones are my option. If I'm tanned, I choose a warmer, coral color or apply bronze powder to my cheekbones. I only use foundation when filming. In everyday life I wear minimal makeup, otherwise it begins to seem to me that my face is not breathing.
Hair
I traditionally do my hair at the Hair Silk beauty salon. I completely trust the owner and part-time hairdresser Anna with my hair. I come to her to have them treated, tinted or extended before filming a video. I also do moisturizing treatments. I like Botox for Hair, Happiness for Hair, Olaplex. For home care I buy Lebel shampoos and conditioners. I immediately take professional volumes - this saves money significantly. I rarely paint. I am one of those women who dyes not my hair, but my eyebrows and eyelashes, since they are naturally very, very light.
Sport
All my life, as far as I can remember, I have been involved in sports - swimming, acrobatic rock and roll, dancing. Since childhood, I was taught that sports are important. Now, unfortunately, due to lack of time, there is less time in my life, but I do acrobatics on the ring. I don't like going to fitness clubs where you just run on the treadmill. There must be some kind of goal, overcoming, in order to ultimately show some worthy result, for example, dancing on the ring. The same thing has always attracted me to acrobatic rock and roll. Sports just for the sake of a figure are not interesting, but during yoga I fall asleep.
I definitely go swimming. In the city I go to Terra Sport, and outside the city I go to the new BestFit club. I really like the pool there. I think it is important to have a pleasant place and atmosphere. But my favorite sport is my concerts. I dance there, and sing, and throw off everything unnecessary.
Trips
I've traveled halfway around the world. I was even at the South Pole. But my love is Asia: Bali, Thailand. I know that tanning is harmful, but I can’t help it - I really love the sun. I have very light, almost white skin. And if I don’t sunbathe, I look like a pale, wasting ballerina, it doesn’t suit me. And in any warm country, within a week you will be browned in the sun, you will begin to look fresh, and no makeup is needed. Of course, I always protect my skin and moisturize it after sunbathing. I like Comfort Zone Aloe Cream.
I don't wear makeup on vacation. At all. In the city, my skin is constantly overloaded with makeup due to filming, and this is a good opportunity to take a break. On vacation you need to relax. I am always surprised by Russian girls who even go on a ten-hour flight in full dress, in heels. How can you not love yourself! Create comfortable conditions for yourself. On a plane, I only take a small bottle of moisturizer with me to relieve the feeling of tightness on my skin.
Style icons
I have no standards of beauty. People often tell me that I look like Cameron Diaz. I used to avoid this similarity, but now I like her. It’s a pity that she doesn’t act in normal films, but she’s positive, cool and adequately perceives herself and her age. I find it funny when women get younger. If we talk about which women inspire me, this is Marina Tsvetaeva. I see more beauty in her photographs than in any model. People who seem beautiful to me are those who are talented or kind—those who have some kind of God-given gift.
Fragrances
I'm a perfume maniac, obsessed with scents, but I don't understand commercial scents at all. They're too common and it's no fun to smell like anyone else. Plus they are very simple, recognizable and synthetic to me. It's better to just leave it smelling clean. All my perfumes are selective - they are complex, unlike anything else. You can always feel that the perfumer approached the creation creatively. My collection includes Artisan Parfumeur, Montale, Jo Malone - I love their line with the scent of figs. But perhaps my favorite perfume today is Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad. I also often buy home fragrances - sticks, diffusers, sachets. I traditionally go to the Interior Lavka furniture store chain to buy them.
beauty
The main recipe for beauty is falling in love. You can get carried away not only by a man, but also by a person - you can be inspired by a talented person. I seem to many to be a tough, cold young lady, but at the same time I constantly fall in love. This is simply necessary for creativity! I like drama, passion. For example, if I had not experienced a strong feeling for a very specific person, there would not have been the hit “Take Back Paradise,” which is now performed by Ani Lorak. When a woman is in love, she does not need any cosmetologist. All of the above means have no meaning if you are not in love.
Expert opinion
Svetlana Soina ,
cosmetologist and esthetician at the Klazko clinic .
Ekaterina has very good skin, we chose the Slim Up procedure for her, which allows us to improve or maintain the relief and elasticity of the body’s skin.
Hardware Slim Up procedure
Another name for this procedure is “fitness for the lazy,” but if you combine it with physical activity, you will have a lifting effect after the first time. Slim UP combines the effects of infrared rays with muscle myostimulation, increasing their contractility and tone.
Step 1. First, we perform a control weighing so that the client has the opportunity to evaluate the result of the procedure.
Step 2. During the first 20 minutes, the process of losing weight occurs - during this time, microcurrents are applied to the sensors. Every 5 minutes the tension increases. Myostimulation is a method based on the effect of weak electrical impulses on muscles. Such impulses cause the muscles to actively contract, as when performing physical exercise.
Step 3. The maximum voltage peak is discussed individually. It should be sensitive but comfortable. Infrared radiation affects the deep layers of the skin, penetrating to a depth of 2 cm, and gives a thermal effect.
What does it give:
· blood microcirculation improves;
· metabolism of adipose tissue and cellular metabolism increases;
Excess fluid is removed more intensively;
· stimulates the production of elastin (a protein that is responsible for the elasticity and smoothness of the skin).
The second 20 minutes are aimed at combating cellulite. During this stage, muscle tone increases.
Step 4. After the procedure, shower and final weigh-in. In one session, the waist size can decrease by 5–6 cm, and the hips by 3–4 cm.
Step 5. To get the full effect, we recommend taking a course of ten procedures with a break of two to three days.
Result: the skin of the body looks toned, elastic, its quality and relief improves, the silhouette is modeled, and the muscles are noticeably strengthened.
