Cold peeling

This type of resurfacing can be used in care programs even for sensitive skin with manifestations of rosacea. When operating in fractional mode, controlled radiation does not reach the capillaries, and therefore does not damage them. When exposed to the skin, only partial evaporation of cells occurs (vaporization 10-20%) with minimal heating of the tissues, which also allows the procedure to be carried out almost year-round.

Cold erbium peeling is suitable for:

• oily skin,
• sensitive and thin skin,
• skin with severe rosacea,
• skin around the eyes.

The procedure does not require preliminary superficial anesthesia and is easily tolerated by patients. Afterwards there is slight redness, which goes away after 2-3 hours, there is no feeling of tightness or burning. This type of resurfacing refers to weekend treatments, since there are no traditional manifestations of post-peeling rehabilitation. A course of 4-5 sessions with a period of 3 weeks is recommended.

Erbium laser: device and principle of operation of the device

The laser mechanically heats a small selected area. The water inside the cells boils in a split second and turns into a vapor state. The pressure in the upper part of the epidermis increases, due to which dead particles are quickly discarded.
