DiagonGel® 4Two® dual-gel implants are available with POLYtxt® surface and are filled with two highly cross-linked, cohesive, shape-stable gels: the softer EasyFit Gel™ is located on the back of the implant, which provides a perfect fit to the rib frame and natural breast movement. In the front part of the implant there is a denser Shapar Gel™, which, along with the dome-shaped profile, contributes to the optimal position of the nipple and the raised position of the breast as a whole.

How we install facial implants at Platinental

1. We install all facial implants without visible seams through incisions on the side of the mouth,
2. endoprosthetic surgery is performed together with a maxillofacial surgeon,
3. in difficult cases, we carry out preliminary fitting and adjustment of implants on an individual stereolithographic model of the skull,
4. Before installation, implants are treated with a bacteriostatic solution, which prevents inflammation and ensures good survival rate,
5. simultaneously with the installation of implants, we can perform bite correction - install braces, move the chin or one of the jaws forward,
6. the entire procedure takes about 1.5 hours and is performed under general anesthesia,
7. to get a natural result in appearance and touch, we install implants under the muscle tissue,
