Fantastic video review of a plastic surgeon

Yeghiazaryan Gevorg Yurievich

Hello. I had an operation to reduce my nose quite recently - at the beginning of August 2013. You could immediately tell from my nose that I was a “daughter of the mountains”, since my nose had a hump, and besides, it WAS not quite small in size , which caused me significant inconvenience. That is why I decided to have surgery. It is important to note that I decided to have surgery in Yerevan. I found a specialist on the Internet, my choice was the doctor Gevorg Yuryevich Yeghiazaryan due to these circumstances: 1 - The doctor himself answers phone calls directly, and he tells everything in detail, explains, communicates very culturally, politely, which is very important (which some doctors in this field do not have) 2 - On the website you can see the work done by Gevorg Yuryevich using photographs in the “before” and “after” sections, i.e. you can evaluate the professionalism of the doctor; 3 – Gevorg Yuryevich initially indicates the exact cost of the operation, I did not pay even a penny more than the cost he indicated, i.e. what amount the doctor initially said on the phone, this is the amount I paid (as for other specialists, who says that you should look at the nose before determining the cost, who said that for citizens of another state, in particular the Russian Federation, the cost of the operation increases and etc.). And Gevorg Yuryevich initially indicated a certain amount - regardless of gender, nationality, citizenship and other characteristics that are not related to the operation, i.e. for a certain work - a specified amount, which is also reflected on the Internet and is freely available. After a personal consultation with the doctor, I realized that I made the absolutely right choice, since I really liked him and as a person, because... spoke directly to the point, and in such a way that it was only to my advantage, both for my health and for my budget (it is clear that he is a professional, and not a person who only wants to get rich), joked a lot (G.Yu. has a wonderful sense of humor ), a very sweet, attentive doctor. In addition, during the consultation I met his other patients, who told how many of their friends he had made gorgeous noses. There were also repeated situations when Gevorg Yuryevich went to meet patients halfway (I observed this in my personal example), despite the fact that he could not have done this, which also characterizes this Man only on the positive side. After the operation, the nose turned out to be very beautiful, even better than I thought (after all the bandages and plaster were finally removed, the nose looked wonderful and I calmly went outside to do my business). And the most important thing is that I liked that the emphasis on the work done by this particular doctor, namely “ABSENCE OF UNDERSTANDING”, i.e. It’s not even clear from my nose that a doctor touched it, which for me is the best indicator of skill. (for many of my friends who also had rhinoplasty, you can immediately see the hand of the surgeon, and if some friends had their noses operated on by one doctor, they ended up with noses of the same type, for example, like Pinocchio - elongated, or so-called “potato” noses). Now I can safely say that if you undergo rhinoplasty, then only with the BEST SPECIALIST - Gevorg Yuryevich Egiazaryan. I also really liked the staff of the hospital where Gevorg Yuryevich works, wonderful anesthesiologists and nurses. Only here is the only observation and advice to potential patients of any doctor - to appear less on the street with a bandage on the nose, or to go out for a walk late in the evening, since people like (apparently even involuntarily) to look at the operated nose, which is in a bandage and plaster... They looked at me like to an exhibit in a museum, honestly, there was, of course, little pleasant about it. Although there was a small plus, people came up to me on the street and asked about the operation, about the doctor. Naturally, I talked about my wonderful doctor, and they told me about their friends or relatives, who had surgery and where. I was very amazed that many unsuccessful operations were carried out *(relatives or those whose noses were not entirely successfully operated on were more suitable. It’s a shame, of course, it’s clear that people who are not very wealthy spend their savings, nerves, health, have their noses operated on, and if it turns out unsuccessfully, as a result, a repeat operation is necessary, which also requires additional time, money, and effort). In every situation like this, when they told me about it, my heart sank into a ball. And every time I thanked God that I ended up with Gevorg Yuryevich. That is why, my dears, choose a specialist carefully so as not to regret it later. Personally, I am VERY pleased with my doctor and recommend him. Gevorg Yurievich, Thank you very much, in particular, and to all the medical staff - in general - for the work done, you are a Wonderful Person, a Wonderful Specialist. All the best to you, all the best. I am very grateful to you. Best wishes from T.S., a lawyer from Russia.

  • Price

The cost of the operation in this case is fixed, and its slight fluctuation is possible only if your CT results reveal something unexpected. In other cases, the cost does not depend on the complexity (“nose tip” and full rhinoplasty cost the same). More information about the procedure and terms of payment, as well as what is included in the cost of the operation, is here: NOSE.AM/#price. An automatic converter to popular currencies works at the same link. And by the way, if you have problems with nasal breathing, we will correct them at the same time, this is included in the price.

    Prepayment

A surgeon, anesthesiologist, assistants, laboratory assistants and many other clinic staff are involved in the organization of each operation; rooms are booked in advance and the operating schedule is approved. Therefore, when a patient suddenly refuses surgery, more than one surgeon finds himself in an awkward position.

So that we can be sure that you are treating the upcoming operation responsibly, a fixed prepayment is required to make an appointment for a specific day. If everything goes “according to plan,” you pay less for the operation by the amount of the prepayment. If you change your mind about having surgery, but inform about it less than two weeks before the date of the operation, the prepayment will turn into a fine and will remain at the clinic, and you will need to pay again to make an appointment again. Please take this seriously and understandingly.

    Registration for surgery

You can choose the date of the operation after you go through three mandatory stages - CT scan, modeling and tests, and make an advance payment.

    1. CT is short for “computed tomography.” This, in turn, is a non-invasive method for studying the condition of human internal organs. I am interested in the condition of, as you might guess, the nose and “paranasal sinuses.” What you should do: 1) go to a clinic that has a full-fledged CT scanner (not a dentist's office) and ask for a “CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses with a slice thickness of 0.5 mm.” After which all this needs to be sent to me along with the conclusion of a specialist (radiologist). Don’t be alarmed, the article at this link explains in detail and with pictures what files you need, where to get them and how to send them correctly: NOSE.am/faq/important/#tomography.

    2. You send your photos for modeling and within a week I will send you the result. Looking at a snapshot of your future self will help you make the right decision. Detailed photo requirements are on this page: NOSE.AM/modeling. If you like your future nose, then you move on to the third stage - checking your health.

    3. Checking your health status, that is, taking tests at your place of residence. You are taking tests so that I can make sure that you have no contraindications for surgery. What tests need to be taken are described here: NOSE.AM/faq/important#tests

If everything is fine with the previous points and you have received confirmation from me that your general health allows you to undergo rhinoplasty, you choose the day of the operation and make a fixed prepayment for the clinic details. Please keep in mind that the day from which you can register for surgery is constantly changing. You can find out the current one on my website: NOSE.AM/#date.

Please note that the day before surgery, you will need to be tested again at 9:30 am. You will leave the clinic the morning after surgery, but you will need to come back for a dressing change a week later. If you do not live in Armenia, please plan your arrival and departure dates accordingly.

There is an article on the website for patients (NOSE.AM/faq/important), which covers all these points in more detail. Be sure to read it at your leisure.

  • Gevorg Yeghiazaryan and the disappearance of Armenian ceramics

Ceramist Gevorg Yeghiazaryan seriously fears that the Armenian ceramic culture is disappearing before our eyes. He believes that it needs to be revived and become recognizable throughout the world before it is too late.

“Why do many people mistake the original Armenian art of special processing of ceramics for Islamic creativity?” - asks the sculptor. He often visits the ceramics departments of museums around the world - in Washington, Paris, Geneva or Vienna. When he sees ceramic works by Armenian masters under the sign “Islam art”, he experiences deep pain. A ceramics specialist from Italy, when Gevorg asked him why such a substitution occurs, gave the following answer. “When we founded the ceramics department at the museum, I traveled a lot to different countries in search of materials, craftsmen, etc. He was also in Armenia and Turkey. In Armenia I found neither masters nor the heritage itself, but in Turkey it is alive and developing. It turns out that it was the Turks who were the bearers of ceramic art, and not the Armenians. And if you claim that this art belongs to you, then where is it? They don’t lose culture.”

This ancient art form has been present in the life of Gevorg Yeghiazaryan for a long time. About six years ago, he founded the Salazard ceramic workshop, which produced a special type of ceramic tile, more like paintings or panels assembled from several tiles. And about six months ago, a company with the epic name Fabula terrena was born, which translated from Latin means “fairy tale of the earth.”

The founders of the company - Arthur and Hmayak Babayan, Ara Arsenyan and Gevorg Yeghiazaryan believe that the final product should become an art object with deep meaning, and not a simple household item. What is it? These are ceramic tiles of different sizes, on which Gevorg’s works, the works of the company’s designers, as well as works of famous artists are reproduced. These creators-producers managed to stop submitting to the existing technology of decorative ceramics as a material and achieve a special level of reproducing all the subtleties and nuances of paintings made on canvas. By firing the ceramic tiles seven or eight times, it is possible to preserve all the subtleties of the image and the nuances of the colors, even the shading. The more firings, the better the image.

From the history of the issue.

On the territory of Western Armenia, in the cities of Izmir and Kutahya, ceramic raw materials were mined and a unique glaze was obtained. Moreover, only Armenians were engaged in the production of ceramic products. They managed to obtain a special azure color, by which it is easy to determine the “nationality” of the works. Their quality was so high that Arab and Persian rulers ordered the decoration of palaces and mosques from Armenian craftsmen. Over the past 300-400 years, this art has been lost, however, it was preserved in the Armenian Balyan family, who moved from Kutahya to Jerusalem. They are the only ones who work in ancient technology, only they can see the mentioned azure color, as well as a special, native Armenian ornament, borrowed at one time by the Muslim conquerors. As a result, Armenian culture gradually “flowed” into Muslim culture. But the Armenian churches in Jerusalem are decorated with just such ceramic tiles.

Gevorg and his companions thought for a long time about what to choose as the subject of the image. There are not many truly Armenian recognizable images. Anyone who finds himself in Armenia is impressed by the architecture - churches, buildings, etc. Souvenirs in the form of pomegranates or khachkars are not enough. The powerful culture of our nation is not expressed visually in any way. They recently received permission to depict the works of Minas on ceramics.
