Mesovarton or Aquashine - which filler is better, opinions of cosmetologists

Fillers are “injections of youth” that modern beauties resort to to solve various skin problems. Rejuvenation, color improvement, tightening, fight against pigmentation - a properly selected drug eliminates all these factors in the skillful hands of a cosmetologist. And if previously such products could be harmful to health, today’s fillers not only improve the condition of the skin externally, but also heal it at the cellular level. Like, for example, injections based on peptides - Aquashine and Mesovarton. What is better, what is common between these means and what is better to give preference, will be discussed further.

Efficiency of Mezovarton fillers

Meso-Wharton P199 (Mezovarton) is a gel filler produced by the ABC Lab concern. LLC (USA). When creating the drug, a special patented formula is used, which is based on the use of a special unique synthetic peptide Wharton Jelly Peptide P199.

It is an analogue of human stem cells. It is this component that enhances the effect of the other components, promotes the production of its own collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid in the dermal layers.

Compound:

  • 1.56% hyaluronic acid - moisturizes the skin and helps strengthen the intercellular matrix;
  • vitamins, amino acids and nucleic acids;
  • microelements;
  • oligo-, polypeptides - increase turgor.

Attention! Popular all over the world. Approved for use in Russia, which is confirmed by certificates of quality and compliance.

  • lifting effect;
  • improving complexion;

How does Mesoxanthin work?

Meso-Xanthin F199 is a highly active bioremediation agent that, acting on the cell nucleus, selectively activates certain genes.
The drug is quite “young”, but has already successfully proven itself both among cosmetologists and among their patients. How does Meso−Xanthin F199 work? To understand this, just look at what is included in this drug.

Mesoxanthine is a real “magic cocktail of youth”. In addition to the carotenoid Fucoxanthin, it contains hyaluronic acid - an essential “moisturizer” for our skin, nucleic acids and amino acids, vitamins A, C, E, growth factors, oligopeptides and coenzymes.

Thanks to such “ingredients”, natural regeneration processes are launched in the skin, stimulating the division of stem cells. The aging process slows down, and skin cell renewal, on the contrary, is activated. At the same time, “newborn” cells have the strength and information of the cells of a young organism.

Along with this, metabolic processes at the cellular level are improved, the production of elastin and collagen is stimulated, the skin is effectively moisturized, receives the necessary and balanced amount of nutrients and protection from free radicals - the main “culprits” of skin aging.

Features of Aquashine preparations

A feature of the Aquashine filler is the presence of biomimetic peptides that slow down the destruction of hyaluronic acid. As a result, skin cells renew themselves over a longer period of time, stopping the aging process and renewing the damaged matrix. The drug is produced by South Korean.

Compound:

  • peptides of 4 types;
  • 1.5% hyaluronic acid;
  • antioxidants;
  • minerals with vitamins.

Available in the following options:

  • Aquashine Classic - used for skin tightening;
  • BR - rejuvenates, exhibits whitening properties and is recommended for persons with excessive skin sensitivity;
  • BTX - fills and tightens the skin, used to obtain quick results of lifting and filling folds.

Indications for use

Aquashine is used for biorevitalization (bioreparation) in women over 25 years of age for the purpose of:

  • prevention of skin aging;
  • improving the condition of the skin and saturating it with beneficial microelements;
  • correction of the first signs of aging;
  • filling the nasolabial lips and nasolacrimal groove;
  • creating the effect of “kissed” lips.

Efficiency

After the first session the following is observed:

  • dermis renewal;
  • improving its color;
  • reduction of rashes;
  • increased turgor;
  • strengthening the walls of blood vessels;
  • smoothing out wrinkles and folds of medium depth;
  • lifting effect.

Note! The drug also suppresses the process of melanin formation and reduces the accumulation of hidden pigmentation. Gradual improvements occur over the course of a month, after which the final result is noticeable.

Price

Depending on the correction area, the amount and type of drug, as well as the professionalism of the specialist, one procedure will cost approximately 4,000–13,000 rubles.

The cost of one 2 ml bottle ranges from 2100 rubles.

There are contraindications for use that are identical to contraindications for the use of Mezovarton filler.

Features of biorevitalization with Aquashine preparations

Today biorevitalization is one of the most popular anti-aging procedures in the beauty industry. The main reasons for its high popularity include the safety of the technique and a noticeable anti-aging effect. High-quality services can be obtained by clicking on the link biorevitalization of the face in Pushkino.

Features of biorevitalization with Aquashine preparations

Biorevitalization of the face consists of introducing special preparations under the skin that slow down the aging process. Traditionally, the composition includes hyaluronic acid and a complex of vitamin supplements.

It is advisable to seek such services when the first signs of aging appear - wrinkles, pigmentation, rosacea, gravitational ptosis, changes in the contours or shade of the face. Dehydrated, dry skin that is under stress also needs such emergency help.

Biorevitalization of mesoxanthine is recommended for women over 30 years of age for preventive purposes. The active substance improves complexion, increases skin turgor, and provides an intense lifting effect.

Aquashine biorevitalization will help smooth out scars, scars, remove post-acne spots, and narrow enlarged pores.

Distinctive features of the Aquashine line are effects at the cellular level, thanks to the presence of dermaregulator peptides. Such organic substances regulate the condition of cells, force them to work, and actively participate in the restoration of damaged tissue areas.

Pronounced clinical results will be noticeable immediately after the procedure and will only intensify every day, reaching their maximum in 10-14 days.

Many women are interested in whether it is possible to do biorevitalization in the summer? In hot weather, the skin especially needs careful care and intensive hydration. Therefore, such injections will be simply necessary.

If you are interested in biorevitalization, the price of the procedure will depend on the chosen drug and injection area. There are several types of brand products to solve various problems. Among them:

  • Aquashine Revofil,
  • Aquashine BR,
  • Aquashine BTX.

Aquashine Revofil

A base product based on highly concentrated hyaluronic acid is designed to improve the color of the dermis, intensively moisturize and smooth out facial wrinkles. Aquashine Revofil is recommended for use by women aged 35-40 years. With its help, it will be possible not only to eliminate the first signs of skin aging, but also to slow down the aging process.

Aquashine BR

The main objectives of this drug are to lighten and deeply moisturize the skin. The substances included in the composition will smooth out deep wrinkles, improve microcirculation, and help cope with rosacea and pigmentation. Aquashine BR is suitable for the fair sex 45-50 years old.

Aquashine BTX

A unique drug Aquashine BTX was created for 35-year-old women who want to enhance their beauty. The effect is similar to Botox. Anti-aging peptides maximally relax the facial muscles during facial expressions, which in turn helps smooth out existing wrinkles and actively prevents the appearance of new wrinkles.

Carrying out the procedure

From us you can get Aquashine biorevitalization services at affordable prices. All manipulations are carried out with a regular disposable syringe. The method of administering the drug is selected by a cosmetologist depending on the condition of the skin and other individual characteristics. This can be a classic, linear-retrograde, cannula technique. In some cases, several techniques may be used simultaneously.

To achieve maximum effect, you will need from 3 to 5 procedures, which must be performed at intervals of 2-3 weeks.

Biorevitalization in Pushkino is a unique opportunity to always look young and beautiful!

What are the differences

Aquashine is designed to prevent skin aging, so it can be used by people over 25 years old. The action of Mezovarton is aimed at improving the condition of older skin and this filler is not recommended for use in patients under 35 years of age.

The peptides contained in Aquashine are divided into types:

  • Oligopeptide-24, Acetyl Decapeptide-3 - smooth the skin and reduce wrinkles;
  • Oligopeptide-51, Oligopeptide-23 - eliminate signs of pigmentation.

Mesovarton contains one polypeptide - a synthetic analogue of the natural human embryo peptide.

It is worth noting that Mezovarton has passed all the necessary certification and received approval from Roszdravnadzor. Aquashine also has quality certificates, but in Russia they have no legal force.

How is the procedure done?

Mesoxanthine is injected into the superficial layers of the dermis with very thin needles.
Possible treatment areas: face, neck, décolleté. To achieve the best possible result, a course of 4-8 procedures is recommended (depending on the age and individual characteristics of the patient’s skin).

The interval between procedures is 1-2 weeks. To maintain the effect, it is enough to pierce the course once a year.

It is possible to supplement the Mesoxanthine course with Mezovarton injections (as part of a comprehensive program).

There is no need to be afraid of side effects after the procedures – there are practically none. The only “complication” is the redness and slight discomfort at the injection sites that are characteristic of absolutely any injection, which go away after a couple of days.

Contraindications

There are no specific contraindications for the use of Mesoxanthine. You should refrain from a course of microinjections only if:

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • presence of implants in the treatment area;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • acute infectious diseases;
  • inflammation or damage to the skin in the treatment area;
  • autoimmune diseases.

Opinion of cosmetologists

The cosmetologist from this review tested both products. She liked Mesovarton more. I was not impressed with Aquashine, as there were cases of allergic reactions, swelling and lack of results.

The cosmetologist in the following review considers both fillers to be a bad option. I especially didn’t like Aquashine, as there were cases of allergic reactions. Not going to use it for work anymore.

But this cosmetologist believes that Aquashine is better than Mesovarton. She says that the results after the filler impress her. An additional advantage of the drug for her is that in the Aquashine line you can choose a product depending on the problem. Plans to work only with this line.

The cosmetologist shares his colleague’s opinion about Aquashine in his review. I did not observe any reactions after the administration of this drug. But Mezovarton has recently disappointed her.

There are also experts who consider both remedies effective. And they select one or another filler depending on the problem. For example, Mezovarton is preferable for a cosmetologist from this review when it is necessary to improve the condition of mature skin. And she chooses Aquashine for younger patients to prevent aging, combat enlarged pores, post-acne and to regulate the sebaceous glands.

Patient reviews

Comparing the effects of both drugs, the patient from this review came to the conclusion that Aquashine is more effective and gives results after the first procedure. As for Mesovarton, I did not notice any positive dynamics even after 3 sessions.

The patient from this review believes that the drugs are identical in action and administration. He notes that the sensations after the injections were the same. But in terms of price, Aquashine is cheaper than its analogues. There were no complications after the filler either.

The patient from this review was satisfied with the results of using Mesovarton. The effect appeared after the second procedure: wrinkles smoothed out, skin became fresher. The drug is recommended.

Both drugs have won recognition in salons and are successfully used in their work. As for preferences, the situation here is as follows: Aquashine is effective, costs less, but is prohibited in Russia. Mesovarton also gives good results, is approved for use, but is expensive. Therefore, what to choose, everyone decides for themselves, depending on the capabilities and recommendations of the cosmetologist.

The best drugs for biorevitalization. What does science say?

I’ll say right away:

You won’t learn about the best drugs from me.

Nobody can talk about it. Because there are no scientific studies that objectively compare their effectiveness. There are 3 studies that have made an attempt in this direction, but they are not enough to draw any conclusions. Scientists of the first study compared the effectiveness of 2 drugs: 1) Teosyal Meso and 2) Restylane Vital. They were compared according to 2 parameters: 1) reduction of wrinkles and 2) skin hydration. According to his results, Restylane Vital led to more significant changes than Teosyal Meso. However, I want to note that this experiment has a huge drawback. According to the protocol, Teosyal Meso injections are given every 14 days, but in the experiment they were given every month. It is not surprising that the drug with native HA did not lead to significant changes. Therefore, to come to the conclusion that Restylane Vital is superior to Teosyal Meso would be wrong. Research: Williams, S., Tamburic, S., Stensvik, H. and Weber, M. (2009). Changes in skin physiology and clinical appearance after microdroplet placement of hyaluronic acid in aging hands. Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 8(3), pp.216-225. Researchers in the second study compared the effect of 4 drugs (IAL System, IAL System ACP, Restylane Vital and HA with added glycerol) on the proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes. The study found that only the IAL System ACP resulted in significant change. It is worth noting that the study was fully sponsored by the distributor IAL System. It is unknown how commercial interests may have influenced the results of the study. Research: Wohlrab, J., Wohlrab, D. and Neubert, R. (2013). Comparison of noncross-linked and cross-linked hyaluronic acid with regard to the efficacy of the proliferative activity of cutaneous fibroblasts and keratinocytes in vitro. Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 12(1), pp.36-40. Researchers in the third study compared the effect of 5 drugs (Viscoderm Skinko E, Newest Mastelli, Hyalgan, Juvederm Hydrate and Restylane Vital) on elastin activation. For the most part, their study indicates that more research is needed before any conclusions can be drawn. Research: Avantaggiato, A., Girardi, A., Palmieri, A., Pascali, M. and Carinci, F. (2015). Comparison of Bio-Revitalizing Injective Products: A Study on Skin Fibroblast Cultures. Rejuvenation Research

, 18(3), pp.270-276.

But I will tell you about the drugs that work successfully in my practice, and I will explain why we use them. This is where scientific knowledge comes in handy.
