What is facial biorevitalization: all the pros and cons of the procedure, prices for an appointment with a cosmetologist and all specialist services at the MEDSI Clinic

Non-injection biorevitalization is a hardware procedure that involves applying a special composition to the facial skin, the main component of which is hyaluronic acid, and subsequent treatment of the skin with laser beams for deep penetration of beneficial substances. As a result, it is possible to rejuvenate the skin of the face in the shortest possible time, give it its former firmness and elasticity, and also get rid of a number of aesthetic problems.

What is non-injection biorevitalization, what is the essence of the method?

The hyaluronic acid molecule is large and cannot penetrate the skin when applied superficially.
For this reason, biorevitalization for a long time was carried out only by injection. In 2001, a gel containing low molecular weight hyaluronic acid was developed. The ultra-small molecular sizes (10-15 nm versus 3000-20,000 nm for “regular” hyaluronic acid) allowed cosmetologists to administer the drug without damaging the skin.

A modern approach to biorevitalization involves introducing a gel with a low-molecular drug deep into the skin using physiotherapeutic methods. In the ABIA cosmetology department, iontophoresis is used for this purpose: through electrodes under the influence of low-intensity electric current, hyaluronic acid ions easily penetrate the skin barrier and accumulate in all layers of the skin, providing pronounced and long-lasting rejuvenation.

Drugs

To carry out the procedure, special means are used - bioremedies. Hyalrepair products are famous for their prolonged anti-aging effect. The effectiveness of the product has been proven by numerous studies and the experience of cosmetologists.

The “highlight” of Hyalrepair is a technology that allows you to retain biologically active substances in tissues for a long time, preventing them from breaking down. At the same time, natural restoration processes and skin rejuvenation at the cellular level are launched, which continue even after the drug is removed from the body.

In the production of Hyalrepair, highly purified hyaluronic acid is used. Thus, the risk of unexpected reactions tends to zero.

The line includes the following drugs:

  • Hyalrepair-02 Bioreparant contains hyaluronic acid (14 mg/ml), enriched with vitamin C and amino acids. Hydrates the skin, reduces the severity of rosacea, smoothes wrinkles, adds radiance, and lightens age spots. This is a good choice for wrinkled, dry skin;

  • Hyalrepair-04 Bioreparant. Contains modified hyaluronic acid (14 mg/ml) with the addition of vitamin C and amino acids. Ideal for dehydrated, wrinkled skin with rosacea and/or hyperpigmentation. The drug deeply moisturizes the dermis, eliminates defects, fights photoaging, smoothes wrinkles and gives the face an inner glow;

  • Hyalrepair-08 Bioreparant includes hyaluronic acid supplemented with vitamin C and L-carnitine. This drug is recommended for swelling, pastiness, and local fat deposits (for example, in the chin area). Moisturizes, tightens, evens out tone and texture, adds radiance;

  • Hyalrepair-05 Bioreparant Forte contains hyaluronic acid (8 mg/ml) with the addition of vitamins C and B. Recommended for rejuvenation, lightening, moisturizing, regenerating the skin, activating metabolic processes, improving microcirculation. Indicated for rehabilitation after sun exposure, stress, intoxication, hyperpigmentation and rosacea;

  • Hyalrepair-06 Bioreparant. This preparation, containing hyaluronic acid modified with vitamins B2 and C (6 mg/ml), is recommended for seborrhea and acne, it is excellent for sensitive skin and can be used to treat hair loss. Smoothes, tightens, moisturizes the skin, evens out its shade;

  • Hyalrepair-07 Bioreparant used for decreased turgor, loss of tone, to eliminate wrinkles and scars. The drug contains hyaluronic acid (6 mg/ml), glycine, L-cysteine, L-valine and vitamin C. Moisturizes, evens out, smoothes, gives radiance and freshness;

  • Hyalrepair-10 Bioreparant Forte contains, along with hyaluronic acid (8 mg/ml), amino acids and ascorbic acid. The drug is recommended for the prevention of capillary dilation, treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, alopecia, acne, hyperpigmentation. This is a good remedy for restoring the skin after exposure to aggressive external factors.

Important: a cosmetologist should select the drug! This is done after an in-person examination.

Advantages of non-injection biorevitalization over injection

  • The obvious result is that the surface of the skin is noticeably smoothed, wrinkles in the corners of the lips and eyes are reduced or completely disappeared. The skin of the face, neck and décolleté regains its youthful freshness and elasticity.
  • The effect is uniform, because the active substance is not applied pointwise, as with the injection method.
  • A positive result is visible immediately after the procedure.
  • The procedure is absolutely painless, which cannot be said about the injection method.
  • After the session there are no traces of injections, redness or bruises.
  • The effect is long-lasting (due to the formation of a hyaluronic acid depot and stimulation of the synthesis of its own HA): it lasts from 1.5 to 6 months.
  • The method is highly effective for combating burns, including sunburn.
  • Safety of the method: there is no risk of damaging blood vessels, nerves, or infecting tissue.
  • In addition to the effect of hyaluronic acid itself, iontophoresis itself also has a rejuvenating effect (this property of the method has been widely used in cosmetology for decades): the skin is saturated with moisture and smoothed due to an increase in the tone of smooth muscles.

How it works?

  • Hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration to the skin. Thanks to special additives, it remains in tissues for a long time, so it is effective even in low concentrations;
  • Ascorbic acid stimulates the production of your own collagen and brightens the epidermis. It is a well-known antioxidant that is indispensable in the fight against free radicals;
  • The amino acids cysteine, tripeptide glutathione and methionine also have antioxidant properties, while glycine, lysine and proline stimulate collagen production;
  • L-carnitine has lipolytic properties, i.e. allows you to destroy fat cells, thus correcting volumes in problem areas;
  • Vitamin B2 improves the respiration of epidermal cells.

The composition of the components is selected in such a way that they enhance each other’s effects, improve the condition of the skin and increase its immunity.

Indications for non-injection revitalization

The method can be recommended for women and men from 30-35 years of age in the following cases:

  • There is a decrease in elasticity and dry skin.
  • Small wrinkles appeared on the face. The method is unparalleled when it comes to wrinkles around the eyes and corners of the lips.
  • It is necessary to smooth the skin, reduce pores, and make the pits and scars after acne less noticeable.
  • For the prevention of burns and premature aging of the skin due to insolation. (You can take a biorevitalization course before visiting a solarium or vacationing in hot countries).
  • To prolong the effect of fillers based on hyaluronic acid.
  • To eliminate existing burns.
  • To prepare the skin for other cosmetic procedures: deep facial cleansing, plastic surgery, or for recovery after them.

Recovery and care

Immediately after the procedure, the skin in the treatment area turns red, multiple papules, red dots, and even bruises are visible on it. All these phenomena pass quickly, however, until the puncture sites are completely healed, you need to care for your face as carefully as possible.

During the first day you should:

  • Avoid using decorative cosmetics in the treatment area;
  • Do not apply creams, masks and other cosmetics to the skin;
  • Do not touch the treated area with your hands;
  • Avoid dirty, dusty rooms.

Additionally, within two weeks you need:

If you follow all the recommendations of a cosmetologist, there is no risk of complications.

Contraindications

Non-injection biorevitalization can be carried out even for those people for whom injection techniques are contraindicated. These are patients with a tendency to bleed, or who are afraid of painful interventions. However, it is worth remembering that non-injection biorevitalization is contraindicated for patients with:

  • Systemic blood diseases.
  • Oncological diseases.
  • With a pacemaker installed.
  • Infectious diseases, especially with increased body temperature.
  • With decompensated heart disease.
  • Those suffering from epilepsy.

Before the procedure, you must consult a doctor at the ABIA cosmetology department, make sure there are no contraindications and select the optimal duration of sessions and the required frequency of visits. How does the procedure work?

Before starting bioreparation, you must consult a cosmetologist. Such a consultation is possible either immediately before the first session or a couple of weeks before it. In the latter case, the doctor will give recommendations on preparation. They are not too complicated - you just need to stop taking medications that somehow affect blood clotting. This is a prerequisite for all injection procedures.

The consultation must be face-to-face – neither online nor over the phone will the doctor be able to assess the condition of the skin and develop treatment tactics. So you shouldn’t save time on meeting with the doctor.

Let us remind you that injection procedures should only be carried out in a specialized cosmetology clinic by a qualified doctor!

Immediately after the interview, you can begin bioreparation.

The session consists of several stages:

  1. Application of anesthetic gel. Despite the fact that the injections are made with a thin needle, which is inserted to a shallow depth, patients may experience discomfort during the procedure. Using an anesthetic completely eliminates discomfort - while the doctor is working on your face, you can completely relax;
  2. Skin cleansing. Residues of the anesthetic are removed from the surface of the epidermis, after which the skin is disinfected. This is necessary to avoid infection;

  3. Administration of the drug. The biorepair must be evenly distributed in the skin, so the doctor makes many injections, introducing microdoses of the drug Hyalrepair. If the papular technique is used, then small bumps appear on the skin - this is completely normal, the marks will disappear within a few hours, maximum two days after the procedure;

  4. Antiseptic treatment;
  5. Applying a soothing cream or mask. The cosmetologist selects a suitable product that will speed up the healing of punctures and eliminate irritation and redness of the skin.

The duration of the session depends on the size of the treated area, but rarely exceeds 30-40 minutes.
